Never again
I understand there are problems with lead times with Fermob and Brexit. My issue is with the complete lack of communication from Barbed
1/ ordered 2 small Fermob items: side table and lamp stake for my husbands birthday mid May
2/ 18th April informed items delayed till end of May
Asked to cancel order. Was told it’s not possible. After checking they tell me I can cancel table
3/ 01 June I request progress on odeer. Am told items more delayed
4/ enquire again and am told item will arrive In Barbed warehouse on 21 June
5/ i hear nothing. I write to them on 1 August to discover that the lady who I emailed with has left the company and my email will go unanswered.
