I ordered components for a lounge chair. During the process, they confirmed in every detail what I wanted, insisted on ensuring that I knew exactly what was included or not in the order and proactively gave me all the clarifications. During the shipping process, they also responded quickly to my requests for information. I received my order in Portugal under the appropriate conditions. They were always very supportive throughout the process and everything went exactly as they told me it would.

The rudest response I’ve ever gotten from a company via email by Ling Yun. Won’t ever give them a cent. I see I’m not the only one.

scammers, they request money with no reason, when I said no they sent me this email: "Then f.... off, we are no interested at all in your tiny money and stupid order "

Received several horrible emails from this company when I asked why they would charge 500 USD in "custom and other fees" which they would obviously not pay as my charges has nothing to do with them.

They then got mad and sent me threats to my family and myself. They sent me one email calling for my death etc. One can truly not be shocked these days dealing with Chinese companies. I have screen shots, if you want them do contact me at info(at)carlhamilton.com

Wish I'd seen online reviews before wasting time and money with this terrible company.

Like most of the other reviews online, I had a terrible experience with Barcelona Chair Factory and PrettyStores.com. Price for a 3 seat Barcelona sofa went from $425 to $750 to $1,350 in the space of 6 weeks. I paid for swatch samples, accepted the third price increase, and they still refused to process my order. Sabrina was the most unprofessional and rude salesperson I have ever encountered in 15 years of doing business with China. Here's her latest round of insults:

"Well, I really don't care about your threat, you can do nothing with paypal, if you don't believe, you can try.

You said about ordering several pieces, now only one, you said about placing order within 3 weeks, now 2 months passed with no order. If we knew you were such a stupid, selfish and bad customer, no matter how much you wanted to pay, we would not send you any samples which wasted our time and energy.

You took your promise as bullsh*t, but you wanted otherS to do everything you want and only for you? You know how rediculous you are?

If you place order of 2 seaters plus the bench at the quoted price, probably I will take the order, but now you try to threat me with the nonsense of paypal? What I can say is only one word to you: GO TO HELL WITH YOUR F*$KING ORDER!"

Run away from these foul mouthed and dishonest scammers!
