After a terrible experience with my previous telecoms provider i was wary when i approached BarclayComms, but having asked several other professionals in the same field who use them i was reassured. They installed our telephony system with fibre broadband late summer and we have had an excellent experience with them, so much so i have hardly had any communication with them at all, which as a busy dental practice is absolutely ideal!! No unfulfilled sales promises and bills exactly as predicted at sales point. Just an excellent, honest brilliant company to deal with. I delayed my review given my previous experience but several months in, i am delighted i made the switch. Highly recommended.
As a personal customer they’re service is shocking. Over priced phones and monthly subscriptions and when leaving the contract they charge you an extortionate fee. Then they plague you trying to get you back. Just avoid them.
