I absolutely love this website

I absolutely love this website. Before this, if I wanted to scan a barcode I had to get it tatood on my body and then go back to work to scan myself. I was running out of room on my body because I just have barcodes covering all of my skin. This website saved me so much time and money, the only person dissapointed is my tatoo artist

order confirmed on the portal but then…

order confirmed on the portal but then someone emailed asking to confirm some data and requesting a Wire transfer, why? Order was already paid with the business card. Wire transfers are no free… lost one day here.. better with Amazon, unfortunately they did not had the model I was looking for.

Card reader didn’t work out the box

I purchased a credit card reader from barcode in December. it took several weeks for it to arrive when it did it flat out did not work out of the box. It will not boot up. This was six months ago and all I’ve gotten is a runaround about ‘we’ll look into the matter’. ‘I’ll ask out techs’, with that type of response. Bottom line I paid $500 for a credit card reader that doesn’t work and I can’t do anything with it.
Do not do business with these people.

Terrible Experience. Stay Away!

Terrible experience. I placed an order for labels. Was told the lead time would be 4-5 weeks. At 5 weeks, I started contacting BCI every week. Nobody could give me any information or anticipated fulfillment timeline. At 9 weeks, I cancelled the order. I could have drawn 10k barcode labels with a pencil faster than they were working.

Works great!

Works great! I save a ton of time, not having to type in long serial numbers. I can just copy, paste and scan the barcode.

I sent our tablet in for repair

I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.

I ordered Zebra printer and we have…

I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

Sales gone down hill..…

Our previous sales rep for Barcodes was great, she was responsive, provided individualized service and good pricing. After she left, customer service has not been the same. The reps are not as responsive, shipping seems to be a wreck and that personalized service is gone. It has been a challenge to get printers/components ordered and shipped accurately.

Nothing but lies

I chatted with their sales staff BEFORE I placed this order and they assured me they 'had plenty of stock on hand'. I placed my order for 2 within a minute of that reply and now they say they have none. Please explain how we go from 'Plenty on hand' to none in less than a minute???? Then they say they'll reach out to the Manf and expect more in 8-10 Business days. That doesn't do me any good. Especially since it's the same lie as the original 'we have plenty of stock on hand', How can you believe anything they say at this point? I Cancelled this order & I will go elsewhere. They didn't even reply to my comments about the bait & switch on the stock status. Simply said order cancelled. Good luck with this business model you're subjecting us all too...
