Horrible experience with the customer…

Horrible experience with the customer support very very uncooperative I received my parcel in September however I checked it at it looked fine but now that summer has arrived I wanted to get it stitched and I gave it to my tailor he said it's 47 inch only I have more than half of my back missing and no sleeves and I am their old customer and I obviously didn't measure the inches when I received it because it's the brands responsibility not mine however they are highly uncooperative I ordered a 2 piece 2.5 meter shirt and 2.5 meter trouser but I got a 47 inch shirt and 2.5 inch trouser and I don't know what to do with that article now because it's a complete waste now and on top of that they are misbehaving with me please don't buy from them they scam you and then they misbehave with you Customer service is literally horrible

Careless attitude to customers and poor work ethic

I prepaid for an item during Ramadan and guaranteed delivery before Eid, but Bareeze Man has failed to deliver. Attempts to contact customer care have been fruitless, as the listed phone numbers remain unanswered.

The staff at the F-10 Markaz branch lack professionalism, and the area manager’s phone is always off.

As a loyal customer, I will no longer shop with any Bareeze group brands. Companies that don’t respect their customers do not deserve our business.

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered two dresses for my mother and two for my mother-in-law. I waited over 20 days for dispatch, and then another week for delivery — almost a full month. The order stayed “pending” the whole time.

When it finally arrived, the quality was shocking. The fabric had lint, poor finishing, and it did not match the pictures online at all.

After seeing the poor quality, I immediately emailed to cancel my remaining two dresses which were still showing as pending. They ignored my email and dispatched the order the very next day — I can clearly see the dispatch date after my cancellation request.

To make it worse, when my father went to exchange the items, they refused saying the sale is over. The delay was from their side, yet they use that as an excuse.

Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not recommend.

I am very disappointed with this brand

I am very disappointed with this brand. I ordered clothes from them and when I got the clothes home, washed them they ripped. I contacted bareeze customer support in Pakistan and I must say they are pathetic and awful. I sent them pictures of the damaged clothes and they replied with oh they came damaged from the consumer and we’ll send you more. I explained I didn’t want more clothes and a refund but they still have not sent me refund. Their customer support is very shit and considering most of their customers are international they have no real policy. Very shit service. So disappointed. Their replies are very vague and most of the time don’t even make sense

Bareeze is a full scam

Bareeze is a full scam .
In product detail they write information about full three peice suit just to misdirect everyone. And in the end they deliver only one peice.
I ordered and received only one peice in 5600 and called them and told them to return it but they were just misbehaving

Poorly managed- order delay

Ordered from website and transferred money to bank straightaway then I get no update from them and I’m having to call them constantly for an update- they tell me they haven’t received the money and blaming the bank whereas after few days money was recieved it was an issue with their BANK- very poor customer service no empathy towards customers and we are having to call them again. Also the item ordered 30th November and still I’m waiting for it to be delivered - I needed the articles asap to send abroad and 2 weeks on still waiting …. Never going to order online again.

Disgusting Customer Service

I wish I couldn't even give it a star. Absolutely disgusted by your customer service. First I placed fully paid order. Your customer service informed me that you have not recieved payment. Even though you had! Then your rude customer service kept saying it's in progress and now after 9 days you are saying several articles are not available Disgusted! First and last experience.

I have a complaint about ur store which is located in saddar Rawalpindi staff working there is very rude they don't help u with anything and they behave like they are the brand owner ... I visit ur other stores in f10 and f7 staff there is very polite humble very well mannered treat u very friendly and help u guide u I'm very impressed with their service

I'll give a -1 star to this brand it's…

I'll give a -1 star to this brand it's a real scam. please don't trust bareeze. I've ordered a three piece suit(shirt, dupatta and trouser) and i just received one piece. The price was 2,425 for the full suit on the website when i was ordering. I even called on the helpline number and they ASKED me to visit the nearest store for the full suit and when i went there they said to call the helpline so i did. First they said" Just one piece was in stock so we dispatched just 1 piece" then they changed there technic of scam and said"The whole suit is 5,000, just one piece is priced 2,425" THEN WHY THE HELL YOU SHOWED A THREE PIECE IN THE DISPLAY PICTURE????? AND IN THE DESCRIPTION AS WELL ... TO SCAM PEOPLE?????

Scam website do not order from Bareez.com

I would give it zero stars. It’s genuinely a scam website for UK and other foreign users. It makes you bank transfer monies and then not deliver the goods. The WhatsApp call number does not work, they will not pick up. And do not email you when you dispute they have not sent the order, but taken the money from the account. I order from Maria B, Asim Jofa and other reliable websites. Nothing like this has ever happened. Everyone report Bareez WhatsApp number and write about the poor customer service and save others from experiencing a dreadful level of service.

Never buy online

Never buy online.
The website is misleading and puts an order through when the item may not even be available anymore.
It's a waste of time and energy and then the customer rep casually says " look for another item" rather than apologising for the inconvenience and sorting the website issues out.
Please do not buy online wit Bareeze at all.

Bareeze Brand with no customer service

Unfortunately I ordered more than 3 weeks back they charged my credit card and till now haven’t delivered my items and now saying part of my order is sold out and they will give me a voucher in these three weeks I have called and emailed and left what’s app messages but no response then I got hold of their head office number from a branch manager talked to their customer service lead Saima she promised it will be shipped the day I talked and now another 3 days have passed will never shop here again I will complain mean while I orders Maria B and Ethnic both were prompt and excellent customer service

I don’t even want to give them 1-star

I don’t even want to give them 1-star. I cancelled my order on 14th december 2022, and we are now in march 2023. I have still not received my refund 55000 rupees. In the beginning they reply my emails, but now they dont do that anymore. But now I have contacted my bank and applied for a fraud case. Enough is enough. They say, that they are a international big brand. What a fraud. DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE.
