My package was mis delivered by Royal Mail, I reported this to Bare Minerals who investigated promptly . I was kept informed of progress , in the end BM posted me a replacement . Customer Services were extremely good (as are the products) and I would have every confidence in shopping with them in the future .

I wanted to purchase a product and I was given a discount code which I had to apply at checkout but every time I put the code in it would not accept it.
So I contacted Customer services by email and finally by phone, a lovely lady by the name of Stephanie guided me through the process to solve the issue, which was a success and I finally managed to purchase the product I wanted.
They’re always very helpful and obliging,
also I returned a product which was not suitable and they refunded me straight away.
I highly recommend Bare Minerals and their products which are to a high standard and cruelty free.

When contacting the Client Service department (regarding the delivery of my purchase), they were extremely helpful and provided the details I was after in very short time.

Unfortunately I recently had a parcel lost by Royal Mail. Bare Minerals and their team, especially Katia, were so helpful and efficient to rectify the situation. I love Bare Minerals as a product, and this experience is the reason why I will continue to use them. Fantastic customer service.

In these difficult times, I have numerous complaints about the customer service departments in a lot of the companies I have been dealing with. This is not one of them, excellent service from Molly at Bare Essentials. After the Royal Mail filled to deliver my product and even completed the redelivery notice as the system didn't seen to recognise my email address. Again the parcel did not arrive as promised by royal mail. Molly arranged for the product to be resent to me, and raised a missing parcel query with the post office. Thank you Molly, product has arrived and in time for Xmas.
