I have been using bareminerals for years .My shade is pecan from the barepro performance liquid foundation range. For months this had been out of stock so decided to contact their customerservice and after half an hour I got a reply so quickly from Alex. He apologised and told me why I cannot get hold of the product but also gave me a suggestion of which shade from a newer range I can get instead. He had been so helpful to me and I'm really happy for the service. Thanks Alex x

Recently purchased an overall oneskee. Been on a snowboarding trip 2x already and very satisfied. Very convenient to use and nice and warm. Good quality and waterproof.

I have been using bareminerals for over a decade. I have loved their foundation compact! I alway stock up in advance. I recently purchased a compact and opened it over a month later. However unlike the many previous compacts, this was really dry and powdery. The grainy powder was getting everywhere so I couldn’t take it with me anywhere. I contacted bareminerals but they have been flippant and unhelpful. They keep redirecting me back to Boots even though this is not a purchase issue but a product issue. In the past month the compact had disintegrated further as it’s sooo dry! **please note that I haven’t been using it, instead I made a last minute purchase of Bobbi Brown. It is just disintegrating on its own. I didn’t trust purchasing another bareminerals compact after this, and also due to their total lack of taking any responsibility for their product. Time to look into another brand.

I was a loyal customer for years but as I’ve aged my skin tone has changed so needed to change my shade. The usual store I used to go to no longer sold bareminerals so I found, in desperate need of foundation I went for another brand (hoping to be temporary). However I have used online match which was quite frankly useless and gave me a different shade each time I used it. I emailed their support and once again useless, suggested shades that were absolutely not for my skin. So I called to speak with someone and yes you guessed it - useless.. he didn’t even know their policy on returns, he said they do not accept returns but website says different. So now I give up and back to Charlotte Tilbury I go, what a great shame.

So you sign up and get 10% off.
At checkout I got free shipping, and then I applied the 10% discount.
Bare Minerals then ADDED a shipping fee and deducted the 10% from that.

I ordered foundation and also wanted a brush. When I added foundation to my basket, it showed a 10% discount if I added the brush, so clicked both and paid, but after the transaction had completed I noticed I’d been charged the full amount. I contacted customer services and they were very helpful and refunded the 10% back to my bank account. Great service from Alex, thank you 😊

What amazing customer service. Each email I received, I was worried about the 'Sorry, we can't help you further' message. My experience was far from it. They helped me hunt down a replacement for a product that was discontinued. Thank you, Alex!

When I ordered from Bareminerals I singed up for the rewards. I was told that I would get a Holiday Cheer Blush & Lipstick Duo as part of my order. I will say the order came fast but the lids were not on tight. I was not notified that the item was out of stock and that I would not receive it. That being said, the website did not say at the the of purchase. That the item was not PREMISED. It is misleading and false advertising.

I had a complaint regarding one of their products. Alex responded and clearly did not read the whole of my complaint and gave a very unsatisfactory reply. I email him 3 times since the 17th of November 23 with no response regarding my complaint or how they will resolve it. Customer service is not good, seems they ignore you when you complain about the quality of their "Prime Time" base.

Put in a large order and it arrived less than 48 hours later even though it was on standard delivery. Was concerned about glass bottles with a courier who doesn't have the best reputation for care. However, everything in one piece and someone had taken the time to pack everything very carefully. Haven't tried anything in the delivery yet, but does appear to be good quality for the price. (I used to work for a cosmetics company, so I am fussy). However, I have been using some skin care items of theirs that were given to me as a gift. The items are from the skin longlivity range. I have been very impressed in particular with the serum, which is very light weight, really hydrates my skin well and smells lovely. Amazingly, I have found it has done a lot to help my skin; more than they say. (I have multiple rashes and very fragile skin that splits into open sores due to a medical condition I have been suffering with over the last 2 years). It has certainly done more than the 3 creams and 2 types of tablets I have been prescribed for my skin, and also more than some herbal treatments i was recommended. After only about 6 weeks of using this once to twice a day on my face and back of my hands, the skin on my face is almost back to normal (apart from a small stubborn patch) and there is also a very noticeable improvement on my hands. Soaks in a lot quicker than my hospital lotions and potions too and, unlike them, not sticky or greasy. Don't know whether it is the "Japanese long life herb" in it or some other ingredient, but this is why I decided to buy some more and also try the make up. (Just the thought of applying make up a few weeks ago would have been a definite no). Very impressed all round. Would love them to do a skin longlivity toiletry range too. Many thanks Bare Minerals. 5 stars definitely deserved.

I placed an order and forgot to add the discount code - thought this would be a ‘hard luck’ response & at best a discount code for future use; however I was delighted that they’ve honoured it & promptly processed a refund - so delighted with the service & outcome.

As soon as I sent my query, there was an automated response that they would reply soon. Within a few hours they answered my query. They were also happy to give me a new code for a discount as the previous one had finished.

I ordered a few things off the site. I was pleasantly surprised with a few samples. However, they sent me the wrong item. I’ve contacted customer support, and they sent a replacement in just a few days. I’m sooo impressed with the customer support—supper supportive and lovely stuff.

I rang Bare Minerals for advice on foundation and concealer after my daughter had tried them, loved the colours, but didn’t suit the finish due to her skin type. They rang me back the next day and was generous with their time, advice and support. It's great to speak to someone who understands skin issues, knows their products and could recommend which ones would work best, plus the equivalent colour. We will try them in the shop, but I’m confident they will be great. I have used Bare Minerals for years and have dry sensitive skin with olive colouring. Thank you so much!
