Ordered from this brand a month ago and it said shipping was 8-10 days. Still have not received an email saying it shipped. I was sure this bikini would arrive before I moved based on the shipping estimates on their website but it did not so I emailed the brand to ask to change the shipping address and all my emails come back as undelivered/failed to send. Been DMing the brand on Instagram for a couple weeks and even on tiktok and none of my messages have even been opened so I went to google them and I see all these reviews of people experiencing the same thing. Don’t start a brand and accept orders if you have no intention of fulfilling them or responding to customer inquiries. Would be totally fine to wait longer for my order if necessary but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Will be filing a charge back with my bank if I don’t hear anything or get a tracking number soon. Saw someone else post the brand owner’s Instagram handle in their review and even messaged her too now.

Placed an order 3 months ago, followed up SEVERAL times via email and instagram, was eventually told that 'production was delayed'. I asked for a refund and she is back to ignoring all of my emails/DMs. @catherinescola

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BRAND!!!!! I placed my order back in February. We are at April and I never received my order ! It’s a full scam !!! I sent many emails and they never replied back. I spent over 120 EUR and I never got a refund back… save your time and money !!! Terrible customer experience ever.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Quality of items received was horrible and unflattering. The material was super cheap especially for the hefty price and customer service was slow to respond. They offered me a return and after paying for a $40 postage fee to return, they never refunded me after almost a month of them receiving the package. Had to open a case with my credit card company.

Don't get all the negative reviews? I ordered a bikini and received it within 2 weeks. I guess as a made to order brand they struggle with production delays here and there- they emailed me the day after I placed my order and warned me of delays but I received it within the timeframe. Anyways, I'm obsessed with their stuff, my bikini is so cute and fits perfectly!

Fraudulent business. They take your oney and never ship the items. No response from customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered in july 2023 it's now june 2024 and I never received the bikini. After sending numerous emails the responses were always the same saying they were working on it and apologizing or I didn't receive a response at all. I'm not sure what the issue is I think they don't really have international issue as they say they do, I'm from Europe so be aware if you're ordering.

If I could give zero stars I would. What an atrocious scam of a business. The brand says your items are made to order and will be shipped within 8-10 business days, only to have you waiting for months because of "production delays." Horrid customer service. The girl basically takes your money and you never get your products. This is not how to run a small business, where you're constantly scamming your customers.

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase, it took over 4 months for me to receive the wrong order entirely. with no curtesy to reach out and contact me and update me It took me reaching out multiple times after two months to receive an update and I was stuffed around so much. Horrible customer service

Never received my items, they don’t want to do a refund and are not even responding to my mails anymore. Ordered on febuary 4th 2023! Lost about 150€ so I do not recommend at all. I write the review because I don’t know how else to get their attention.

Most flattering bikini ever. i had to exchange my bottoms from an xs to small cause they run a little small, but adorbs and amazing quality overall. Printd are also super cute and unique

I purchased my first bareminimale piece last year and it has now become a staple for any and every vacation! The fit is amazing and the print is absolutely stunning. I finally found a bikini that I feel confident and sexy in! I absolutely love this brand and can’t wait to purchase more pieces to build my collection.

UPDATE:

It arrived today finally so at least I received it unlike some other people it seems. Would not order again as it was such a long time frame since ordering and I’m not sure if I would have received it if I didn’t email them every week.

ALSO: the quality is so bad. The string feels like it will stretch and maybe snap if I tighten it too much. You would find better quality at shein or a $10 bikini from cotton on. So disappointing

It’s been over 2 months since I ordered my bikini. I’ve been emailing them every week for updates and at first they kept saying how sorry they were as it’s only one person working behind the scenes, and then it was that the fabric was damaged when it arrived and now they say it’s been shipped but they don’t supply a tracking number.
