i wouldn’t even give 1 star DO NOT BUY from here . still waiting for order form 6th june and i paid 2 day shipping. no one replays to emails ( the email address bounced too).
Not what they say they are don’t waste your money especially if your wanting for a holiday you won’t get it in time !!

The product knowledge of the staff coupled with their excellent customer service, altogether a really great company to purchase from.

I've been buying on line from Bare Necessities for a number of years & have always had excellent service from them. After a number of years of wearing the same brand of bra it became clear that it was time for a re-fit. I live quite a distance from the shop but through a combination of phone calls, emails & photographs Sue & Emily were able to identify two bras that fit perfectly, are comfortable & provide all the support I need. I can't speak highly enough of the level of customer service I received.

Arrived promptly beautifully wrapped. The best swimsuits I’ve had for years . Swimsuits that actually make an older size 14 look good! Can’t remember the last time I felt this good in a swimsuit

The level of customer service from Brenda at Bare Necessities has been exceptional. On receiving my order she immediately updated me as to the expected delivery times for my order as a few items weren't in stock so needed to be ordered in to store. I explained that the order was placed to take away with me and gave the date of my travels to which she worked very hard to ensure that as much of my order could be fulfilled by that date as possible. She was very mindful of the date and updated me as soon as she could. I received most of the order in good time, the outstanding items are on the way now. As usual, the quality is exceptional. I'm very pleased with my purchases and wouldn't hesitate to order from Bare Necessities again. I would also recommended to friends and family .

I have recently placed my second order with Bare Necessities. The customer service is outstanding. Brenda ordered a bra and briefs from a Lise Charmel collection that wasn’t on the website. My parcel arrived within a week. I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

Brenda and Linda offer superb advice and excellent customer service. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my underwear and swimwear. I’m always delighted with my purchases.

Good customer service and lovely bras. Ordering online is fine if you know your sizing as you pay the return costs but I would much prefer to go to the shop - looking forward to when we can.

I recently purchased a Louisa Bracq Serie bra and shortie pants. I was unfamiliar with this brand but owner Brenda’s knowledge and experience was invaluable in finding the correct size which had to be ordered. The bra is so light and comfortable and I am sure will become a favourite among brands.Thank you again Brenda for your expertise.

Very impressed with the service I received from Bare Necessities. Placed my first order with them last week on behalf of my mum. I received a telephone call from Brenda that afternoon informing me that one bra was in stock and the other would need to be ordered from Belgium. Brenda asked me if I would like the bra that was in stock to be sent out immediately or did I prefer to wait until the second bra had arrived. I was happy to wait and for both bra's to be despatched together. I received an email once they had been despatched and they arrived within 48 hours. My mum is really pleased with her new bra's and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bare Necessities and would certainly use them again in the future
