I was initially very hesitant to order from this shop because of the ratings. My first experience with them was actually indirect — I ordered a product from CDON, and to my surprise it was Baressoshop who shipped it. The package arrived within just a couple of days and everything was in perfect condition.

Because that experience went so well, I decided to order directly from their website the next time. The process was just as smooth, with the added bonus of slightly lower prices. My order arrived within 2–3 days, exactly as expected.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experiences and hope this review helps others feel more confident ordering from them.

Super bad customer service and communication. Ordered two products that never received a message that I received it. Once I complained they told me that I never took the product and that the package is now on the way back to their warehouse. This they will charge me 250 SEK for NOT picking up the parcel when in reality I never got a message except that the package was send out. In the end I used Amazon to get two products that I have been waiting now since beginning of January.

Shady company. I bought a brush through CDON and paid for it. Because they had told CDON they had a problem with stock and they couldn't fulfill the order, my money was returned.
After that, I recevied the item and I offered to pay, but CDON said that because they cancelled it, I could keep the item without paying for it.
Afterwards they sent me a bill, and I openned a dispute through Fortnox because there is a surchase because I didn't pay it on time, and Baresso's reply was to call me to threaten that I would go to Kronofogen. Really bad

The shipping takes forever. Only order if you’re prepared to wait 2+ weeks for them to even remember you purchased something.

Avoid ordering from this shop, especially through Amazon.

Terrible customer service. Order was not sent in time of my departure. Baresshop decided to cancel it without my knowledge. Didn't bother answer my emails. Not a company to do business with.

I was hesitant to order from Baressoshop after reading some negative reviews, but they were the only site that had the older Babyliss model I was looking for. To be sure, I sent them an email first, and they replied quickly, confirming that the item was in stock.

After that, I placed my order, and everything went smoothly—I received my package as expected. I’m very satisfied with my experience and glad I decided to order.

Quick and easy, and for my products it was the best prices on the market.

0 Stars because I paid for my order and received an order confirmation but never received the order and no more comments from them etc, they are just taking the money and never send out orders so this is obviously a fake company!

I want to leave a review about Baresso. They are a scam! I bought from Baresso in july and they didn't deliver all the items and they never returned my money. They don't answer the phone or email. A real scam!

I was hesitant at first to order because of the reviews, but ordered anyways. For me, everything went super well, it was easy to pay and I received information throughout the shipment. It was delivered fast and i got all the right products.
I really recomend, great!

I ordered a pack of razors from them, they took the money and never shipped the product. When asked on their support mail what happened they never responded

I just read the previous reviews and was a little hesitant. But I thought I should give it a try as the price of my product was nearly half of what I could find on the other websites. Not only did it work, it was the right product but it also came ver quickly. There was no delay at all! I ordered on Sunday, the products were sent on Monday and I received them today, Wednesday. What a smooth order! I can only recommend them based on this experience. And sorry for those who did not experience that, but based on what I read before and such a fantastic process for me, I thought the minimum was to give here my testimony!

Scam! They register the shipping instruction with PostNord but never send the item. They blamed PostNord but it was Baresso that had to refund my money. You have been warned.

Before paying for the product they asked for social security number/ Danish CPR number. Be aware to not give any personal informations to this website..

NEVER NEVER shopping from this website.

After 1 month I didn't receive my order. I ask them for back my money, and I paired 799 Kr for my order and they backed 609 Kr to me.
I never recommended this website.

Will never buy again!
Expensive and complicated returns! You don’t get any return information with your order and need to contact customer support only to get information that you need to fully pay the cost of return, in my case 175 sek while the product costed 300 sek.
