Haven’t received my item, emailed a few times but they won’t respond with a tracking number

They literally didn't send my ps5 I am so pissed

Scam website, item never received! Should have know from the purchase system it was a scam. Never seen a website that makes you pay for an item with a link sent to your email. No response from the team after sending money, fake number on the website also.

My parcel never arrived and no response to attempted contact to track the item or check was dispatched

Order couldn’t be processed and Im still waiting for a refund from PayPal for money back

Ordered a Ninja Fire Pit, quick to process the order however not heard back from them. Nothing delivered, no dispatch, no reply to emails or calls. TOTAL SCAM PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Absolute scammers, take your money then no replies to calls or emails, gutted i didn’t read the reviews before parting with my hard earned money. Purchased a ninja fireside 360 patio heater, since learnt its not even available in theUK yet, eventually contacted my credit card company to be reimbursed as these conmen won’t reply. Lowest of the low fraudulent scumbags 😡

I don't even think this company exists. Bogus company, total sham!! I will be reporting you to the Trading Standards. Sent multiple emails and received no response. Tried ringing multiple times and goes straight to voicemail. Still haven't received delivery and it's nearly been 2 weeks. I want my delivery or rest assured I will be taking this further.

Fraudulent company. Definitely avoid.I bought gas fire pit. Never delivered. Phone number given is voice mail. They answer on emails only before purchase just in order do scam u.

I received no news of shipping of my product and the customer service phone line is a full inbox. No other means of contacting.
Do not purchase anything from this website.

SCAM
Took money and haven't sent item out. They've even followed up from the purchase with a fraudulent Trustpilot link - which is their own!
I hope the bank sorts my error out and they get closed down. Should have checked here first.

Discussing, dishonest and ignorant company, totally shocking, would never buy off them again.
Purchased the Ninja fire pit 360 from bargain shop , They took our money, never delivered the fire pit , never responded to our phone calls, messages, should be closed down

its a pity they don't have no stars. this place, i wont call it a company, is an absolute disgrace. money was paid for a ninja patio heater. no sign of the heater and no way of getting in touch except by email. i have sent 4 up to now and no reply. the order was with a site called bargainshopuk and the money was taken by a different company. the last email was to cancel the order and ask for my money back, but i don't hold out much hope. and they have the cheek to ask for a review on trust pilot, not once but twice. if they want bad publicity they can have it. if you want to throw your money away give it straight to scammers instead of going through these people

DO NOT use this site to purchase anything 100% scam the address as Oxford St, London is fake. The Tel number always goes to voice mail. This is a very elaborate scam website made to look very genuine… pls do not be fooled.
