fake product and fake seller

DO NOT BUY Philips Lumea 9000!
You will regret it when you find out that the QR code on the packaging cannot be scanned.
The serial number cannot be recognized by the
Philips system to recognize the 2-year warranty.
The Philips Lumea 9000 was defective in the 2nd session, in the 3rd minute it overheated, something rattled inside and the device stopped working.
I have sent and am sending dozens of emails and live chats - from Bargainwild.com no answer, no reaction.
Fake site, I strongly recommend not buying from Bargainwild !!

Fake product, return not possible

We ordered a Philips Lumea device which arrived longer than 3 weeks after placing the order. The product is visibly fake. There are spelling errors on the package, the QR-code that is needed to register the product online does not get recognised by Philip's system, the charger does not have the Philips logo on it. On the website of Bargainwild it says you can return a product within two weeks after receiving it but there is no return address given. I have sent multiple emails, filled in the contact form on the Bargainwild website, called their US-based telephone number and left a voice message (because I get directly transferred to voicemail) and I never got a response whatsoever. This website is a complete scam.
