Ordered some grinding discs on ebay. All came through ok and postage was pretty quick, no issues

Item received was not what I ordered, after numerous emails they promised to send another but did not.
18 days of wasted time staying in for something that was never going to arrive.

Unwanted, incorrect and cheaper (than the item you apparently bought) item is posted deliberately. By the time you realise that you are not going to receive the item you apparently bought and now have to "return" an unbought item, you are in trouble. (1) Where is the protection of your nameless return? (2) What is received? (3) Knowing this, do you even bother to return the incorrect item? "Bargainworlduk" can get rid of their Ebay reviews ("ClickConnect" is their Ebay name) but they cannot remove the evidence. Avoid this unscrupulous company if you care about your money.

At Companies House, UK, Bargainworlduk operates out of the same address as clicksuperstore.com. The former deals with Amazon customers; the latter, eBay. The company address and people are the same. The reviews are almost identical. Try not to deal with this company? I had nearly a month of hell thanks to them sending the wrong item. There are not enough employees to justify so many (lower value) incorrect items being posted to people. Avoid, as another reviewer has advised! A corrupt loophole is being used to exploit innocent customers.

Bought a triple wheelie bin store. Cheap wood that will swell in the rain and rot. Very poor building instructions, bits missing and when constructed would not fit due to the poor quality of the cutting of the timber. I am used to working with wood but took me hours to understand the instructions which were all diagramatic. Now only fit for a compost holder till it rots away!!!

Bought a swing chair as a gift which didnt arrive , sadly the courier delivered it to a house along the street and left it in a garden , it sat for two weeks after being opened up by the home owner. Sven at Bargainworld uk dealt with a refund as we thought the chair went missing, but we eventually found it so in the end we paid up for the chair. i must say the communication via Sven was outstanding. after all the courier company were to blame . customer service was second to none .

I ordered a pillow wedge from this company in February.Returned it two weeks ago and have still not received a refund. Or any contact from the company. From reading the other reviews l am regretting ordering from this company. I was told that they would accept my return.
Another company l have used refunded immediately. Not happy at all.

Totally rubbish product and customer care. ‘Return a now assembled double wheelie bin store, that broke the first time it was used’.! Buyer beware, no bargains here!!!!

Ordered a swing chair 4 weeks ago it didn’t arrive on specified date the couriers they used were terrible but the changed the courier service and sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived within a week the person who dealt with my case was Sven he is a credit to the company and kept me informed throughout a true credit to the company

Bought a wheelie bin store. Absolutely awful quality. 3 parts missing including brackets and screws!!! Box was tattered and torn looked like it had been sent out numerous times before and sent back. Contacted straight away and they said would send missing bits. 3 days later contacted to ask where are they?. Another very large tattered box arrived with brackets. No screws and no missing wooden support struts. Contacted again saying I was out of patience now and was told quite rudely that if I didn't like it I should send it back and had to transport it myself to a dhl service point. Very large item bear in mind. Eventually after asking them and amazon to help with no response Contacted dhl who were great. Dont ever buy anything from them as quality is the worst I have ever experienced. A lot of money for something you would not even use as firewood. My brother saw it outside my door and thought it was packaging support for a new radiator I had ordered.

Absolute sham of a company and yes it was you not another company because I researched and ran your Peterborough number direct so don’t even go there!!!!

Abuse givers via email when confronted with problems Would love to give more stars but following issue. Received an exercise bike which was damaged an a part missing. Although got a small part refund on the understanding they would send a replacement part it never arrived, I emailed and they said they sent it, gave them more time to rectify but then no contact, tried to arrange sending bike back for a refund and vanished in to thin air, raised a complaint with Amazon and they didn’t bother replying either. Company may be great if the products fine but if it’s not the your screwed

Stuff never arrived. Luckily I’d bought through amazon who refunded me my full amount.

Great customer services!! Item I ordered arrived quickly but the warehouse had sent the wrong colour. Rose from customer services couldn’t help enough and quickly sent out a return label for me. As soon as I posted it and sent postal receipt I was refunded ... 👍🏼

stupid scammers aren't refunding me my money. I have opened a case with my bank. I will not let this go
