Baricol Reviews 

The Baricol product is very good. It outperforms everything on the market. However they try to tie you in to a 3 month subscription which is too expensive, they will not supply you without a three month subscription, this feels very scam-like and definitely not something I want to be tied to. If you cancel your subscription they will not send the last order. Customer service is non-existent, they will not answer phones or emails and when they do the response is completely inadequate. If they improved their customer approach this would be a great product.

I’ve had a subscription with Baricol since October 2023 and my RYGB as it’s the only all in one product the NHS recommends. My products arrives every 3 months and I’ve never run out. My blood tests have always returned good results with no deficiencies. I will continue to take this trusted easy to use product rather trying to remember to take a cocktail of different products at different times! So glad I did my research to compare the levels of different elements in the various products as this comes out on top.

They take your money and don’t supply the product ! Then customer service is woeful …. Take ages to reply (if can be bothered) no delivery a week after money taken and no one to sort it out …. My supply runs out tomorrow 🤬

Shocking customer service, tried to return unopened product, which in the terms of conditions it says you can, but they will not even communicate with you. This product is expensive and people buying it are vulnerable at the time of purchase, I therefore believe that this company has no consideration for people’s well-being. I would not want someone else to have the same experience.

I don't particularly like that you need to purchase 3 months supply at a time. I got the powders initially but didn't find them suitable so I contacted the company to get the ones that dissolve in your mouth as I wouldn't have been due to reorder for a couple of months. Unfortunately I used the word orodispersible (dissolves in the mouth) which the lady I dealt with obviously didn't understand and was sent the effervescent ones. So now I have SIX months supply of vitamins none of which are what I want. I guess it's my mistake for not using the word chewable but when I pointed out to them the confusion in the order they didn't care or offer any solution, in fact I kind of wonder did they even understand what I was telling them. I guess I can't expect a Swedish person to understand what orodispersible means and they are the only company who supplies this product so what can you do. Like it or lump it, eh.

Subscription process is more difficult than it should be I.e needing to get in touch with them. Do not accept returns even when asking for an alternative product fit for your purpose. Customer service is shocking as they are all always on holiday apparently! For the price you’d expect better! Would not recommend!
