My experience with Barker and Stonehouse was perfect end to end. John B in the Battersea show room was amazing. Incredibly knowledgable and personable. Recommended what’s turned out to be the perfect sofa. The delivery team were equally as friendly and diligent. Dan H and Wande delivered my sofa, communicated ahead of time when they will arrive and went above and beyond to ensure my sofa was delivered with no damage to the sofa or surrounding areas. Fantastic experience with all the team. Thank you!

Excellent service and John and Dave were fantastic!
They called me let me know they were on their way, came in had shoes covers. They opened /built the furniture in place and then took all rubbish away.
This is a phenomenon service that I would recommend to anyone and the furniture itself look and quality is amazing!!

Excellent service from Barker & Stonehouse. Our delivery team, Adrian and Leon called in advance to confirm delivery time. They delivered on time and were very polite and friendly. They assembled our chairs quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse.

We had a sofa and coffee table delivered yesterday from Barker and Stonehouse. Our delivery team (Ste Windsor and Chris Dunnett) were polite, friendly and professional. The whole experience from purchase to delivery has been really positive. I would definitely recommend.

Jake and Stephen were very friendly and professional. Delivered on time with quick assembly.

Multiple purchases from Barker and Stonehouse over the years and as always the deliver team, Jake and Stephen this time, were great. 2 hour slot allocated, rang when they were 10 mins away. We have a cream carpet, so they laid sheets down to protect it. Friendly and efficient. Thanks again.

Call was answered quickly and Louise Brunskill (Websales) was friendly, efficient and helpful. She answered all my questions, helped me understand the different options for the sofas, and then took my order. She read everything back to me to make sure it was clear and explained everything about lead times, delivery etc. A great service.

The guys who delivered my marble table were excellent Dan and wande despite the weight and the difficulty getting it up the stairs they were cheerful and very nice guys.
