Love the products, my pup looks so cute in his raincoat. The quality is amazing and when asking for any updates on when my order would arrive, the person i spoke to on instagram was super helpful and friendly. Delivery time was also faster than expected. It said it can take up to 21 days if my item is sent from overseas but it arrived in 9 days. Couldn't recommend more, I love my items!

Customer service response was very quick and helpful when I messaged with a query. My order arrived in just over a week despite stating it could take up to 21 days.
Ordered a jumper for my puppy and had trouble figuring out the right size. Contacted them and they got back to me really quickly. They were really friendly and so helpful. Order took around 2 weeks to get here (however understandable at the moment with coronavirus) and the jumper is amazing. Better quality than I had expected and my puppy looks amazing in it.
