Brilliant traking system.
I ordered my item on Sunday. Monday I had an email to say it would arrive Tuesday. Tuesday first thing in the morning I had an email to say it would arrive between 9.50 & 11.50. which was great so I didn't feel I had to wait around all day in case it arrived and I was out. It was delivered by 10.10. Excellent service.

A good caring company
This is a good caring company that sent me a questionnaire after my 1st purchase - they actually read what I wrote and because one of the glasses had been broken in transit they sent me a replacement free of charge.
A good old fashioned company that believes in good customer service and clearly values my business.
