I bought my first home using Barnes and Partners and I couldn’t have wished for any better.

Both Ross and Lauren guided me through the process seamlessly and kept me well up to date with how everything was going whilst always going above and beyond to help me.

It wasn’t without its challenges due to less than optimal solicitors on the other side of the sale but without Ross and Lauren’s tenacity, persistence and hard work I really don’t think it could have happened.

Whilst communication from Barnes was limited to begin with in my flat purchase, Ozlem came into her own in the final couple of weeks before completion. She realised that the estate agent was telling porkies and stirring the pot (which as a first time buyer I was more vulnerable to) and put him in his place, enabling the remaining matters to be resolved between solicitors. She was also very generous with her time in talking me through the documents / remaining matters prior to exchange. I really valued that support at the most stressful part of purchase.

Lauren and Ross were fantastic with our sale and supporting our onward purchase. I cannot thank them enough for always being there whenever we had a query, making sure we weren’t paying unnecessary fees to help sign off our sale and persevered with difficult solicitors from our buyer. Excellent service and would definitely use them again in the future!
