Stellar customer service!
The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. They helped me determine the color of my item and even found an extra bridle, to match the breastplate, in there shop and offered me the ability to purchase it.
Both pieces arrived on time and beautifully packaged.
I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Mixed quality product; Seller helpful
The item was not as described/ pictured on the website. First, it was a lower quality leather than expected with glue coming out of the seams, and second the brown shades of the bridle and breastcollar did not match with one lighter and one darker (they noted there is normally variation on the brown color so if you want to be sure of a match order black). So I returned both. The seller ended up allowing a late, international return, so that was helpful. But it did cost about the same cost of the bridle and breast collar in shipping. I considered selling it locally but with the issues described, I did not feel comfortable doing so.
My sister got a bridle and breastcollar that she really likes (black), and the seller was very helpful to her in picking it out.
I think my sister would give a 4-5 rating and me a 2, so I am putting a rating of 3.

First time ordering tack overseas
First time ordering tack overseas. The BarokShop made it easy with great communication and help ordering. The breastcollar was shipped to me quickly so I could use it right away. I highly recommend. The products themselves are well made and I was impressed with the quality. I finally found a breastcollar to fit my horse and am so happy to use it. It fits him well! BAROKSHOP went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper measurements needed to fit my horse, and were so easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend.

I have ordered and paid for items 1st…
I have ordered and paid for items 1st of dec - even got payment confirmation via paypayl - but guess this is just "fake"...and not received anytning and they dont reply on email. I cannot recommend ordering anything at this shop
