DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Another scam victim here. Their website has pictures of 18k 4- and 5-star reviews. Then came here and see actually only 20 and almost all negative (1.8 stars at the time). Item was too small when it arrived, emailed them to return it, per their 60-day moneyback guarantee, but NO RESPONSE.

I was sent the wrong size. It didn’t fit well and when I tried to return it I got no response whatsoever from customer service. Scam

I ordered a back brace from this company. It came with a guarantee. The brace did not work for me. I wrote to them twice and got no response back. I also called them and found the phone number does not work. I would NEVER order from them again!

This company is a scammer! DON'T buy it --- all the crap on their site is hype and not true. Oh, yeah the cheap ole brace arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS and it didn't fit me so I reached out to the company via their so-called "contact form" haaaaahaha. What a joke NO ONE HAS RESPONDED and when you look up the "refund policy" it's somesort of "copy and paste" info since it says to Return product -- "insert address here" these WEASELS-Bottom dwellers don't even list their address! I'm hoping to work with my Credit Card Company to get a chargeback since these guys are scammers.

Should be a zero star. This company is a scam. I have severe scoliosis and chronic back pain. The brace I ordered was a large and should have fit me based on their guidelines. It maybe could fit a medium child. Very cheaply made. I paid $79.95 for something that I can not get on my body. I have emailed the company for return information and a refund 4 times and no reply. The phone number listed is no longer in service. This company is a fraud who preys on people with scoliosis and chronic pain. Shame on them.

The brace was small and flimsy. I have written several emails to return and get a refund and I do not get a reply.

I’ve lived with scoliosis most of my life, but the past few years the pain got worse especially in my lower back. my daughter sent me this brace, but it’s honestly been one of the most helpful things I’ve tried in a long time. And at my age, that’s everything.

Negative star is not a choice! Fabric is so limp, absolutely of no value in correcting Scoliosis OR posture! I sent email today to return and get refund. If they do not refund $85.94, I will report to Texas Attorney General’s office for interstate fraud by this company.

For scoliosis, it does nothing.
It claims to help scoliosis within 3 weeks. I've had this brace over a year and it does nothing for posture.

I should not even give it a 1 star. The brace did not work out for me so I asked how to return it. They said they would get back to me. Nothing. I asked again and no response and I asked again and still no response from them. Please do not do business with these people. It is just about getting your money. They wait long enough until your time has expired to get a refund.

There were no instructions for the brace and they also sent a Large. I think it is the only size they have. I am 5'4" 130 pounds and it was too small. I also told them that. They sent instructions but did not address size issue. contacted them again and still no response. DO NOT BUY

I AM SO MAD!!! I like all the rest of you was Scammed!! First the company sent the wrong size and is very poorly made and the straps above the shoulders is way to big. I so wished I had read the reviews first!! I would have never ordered it! I am I am a 64 yr. old woman, who is living with MS and Severe Scoliosis, in horrific pain from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep, on a fixed income. I and each and every one of you don't DESERVE this! GRANDPARENTS GUARANTEE my ASS! Right Everyone??!!

I should learn to read reviews before I spend money. I've emailed this company 4 times now with no response. The phone number on their website just says they are not available. I guess I fell for their scam like the rest of you.

I recieved the back brace and was excited to give it a try but immediately discovered that even though it was supposed to fit me it was way too small so I contacted the company for help and could not get any response from anyone or the company itself and even though I sent many emails and asked for help and for a return and refund, still no response. My only thought now is that it is definitely a scam and I fell for it. So I would say do not order this product or trust this company in anyway. I also found that the phone number they say to call is no longer in service. What would that tell you? Yup, I've been scammed.

The brace is badly made, does not do any of the things they claim and fits very badly indeed. I have asked to return it and get a refund, but judging by the other reviews, I am not likely to get any response. I hope I do.

I am having the same problem as other people. I have emailed this co. multiple times to try to return the brace. I did actually hear from them the 2nd time. They said they now had a size XL and XXL if I was interested. I wrote back telling them that I decided to just return it instead. Now they are ghosting me again. $79.98 is a lot of money for something I cannot use. Their size chart is way off. Based on the size chart they have, it should have fit me. Unfortunately this co is in China, so good luck trying to call them. I do not think it is actually FDA approved or endorsed by Mayo Clinic or any of the other claims the web site makes either. I did not realize the co. was not in the USA until after I made the purchase. So BUYER BEWARE!!

COMPANY SAYS THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT. THAT IS BULL! BRACE DOES NOT FIT ME. I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO EMAIL THEM IN ORDER TO RETURN THE BRACE, NO RESPONSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Fake company charged my account 79.95 and never received merchandise

If I could give it a negative star, I would. The brace does not fit well and does not seem to be effective. I have tried to contact the company 3 times now with no response. Buyer Beware
