Just don’t waste your money , the outside starts the journey and it’s horrendous.. it feels unsafe and I got there at 4pm just spend a bit more and go somewhere decent

Book this hotel in Walsall through booking.com for 23rd of August but had to cancel as my son fell ill and I ended up spending almost 10 hours in A&E. Emailed the hotel about the situation and never got a reply from them. Spoke to booking.com about the situation. They contacted this hotel and they refused to refund my money even though I said I can get documents from NHS to show I was in A&E on the day of the booking from 9.30 to 6.30pm. Never again, save your money and try another hotel. They are not worth thr paper they are written on or not worth your time. Try other hotels
