Car was booked in for warranty repairs and MOT and all was done to timetable and Mark in Service was very good at keeping in touch with updates. Would give him the 4stars. Car was picked up and delivered which was helpful and brought back nice and clean and all working etc.

Barretts Canterbury amazing service, sadly Barretts
Ashford are clueless when asked a question about thier cars, and really lack customer service skills.. by all accounts they dont need customers who have purchased a car from another dealer!!

2016 BMW 335d Touring, 57500m, front shock absorber seal split and leaking heavily (pothole), failed MOT. Swift and sympathetic response from staff at Barrett’s Ashford meant replacement fitted within two working days; and under my BMW extended warranty, thank you very much Sophie and the others involved.
