Having received the barrier posts

Having received the barrier posts, which were a very good quality. Pity the delivery company couldn't get it together as they forgot to put the bolts in the package. The girls at Barriers direct, were excellent chasing g up the supplier. Which took 2 weeks. All done now and looking very professional. Would definitely buy from them again.

The Clamp arrived but the bolts to…

The Clamp arrived but the bolts to assemble it were missing. I need the clamp before the weekend as we are going on holiday for eighteen days.

Confusing delivery dates

Genuine item at a good price. Knocked off a star because the delivery updates were confusing. One said delivery date was earlier than expected but when it didn't arrive I worried that something had gone wrong. If the correct later date it arrived on had been quoted, I would've given 5 stars.

I can see that your order was due to arrive initially on the 8th April, but was revised to an earlier dispatch, due on the 3rd April but did not get delivered until the 7th - this was because of the Easter bank holiday weekend, and the 7th represented the next working day. Unfortunately, once an item is dispatched it is ultimately the courier's responsibility regarding delivery. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Once gain great service from the team

Once gain great service from the team, delivery driver was in contact the day before and arranged an early drop off to site instead. Used so many times and always been great. The product itself is top quality and always gets great reviews from our customers

Poor service

The delivery was twice delayed due to production problems, had this been accurately portrayed on the website we would has used another supplier.
Advertising “ next day” within “ 3-5 days” should be an achievable option otherwise it is falsely advertising and very costly when we needed to get Labour to a project.
This would stop me returning when other companies have the same or similar products.
At no stage was money back or compensation towards construction delays offered.
Very poor service only got a 2 star rating as the product did eventually arrive.

Your order was placed on the 27th March, shipped on the 2nd April and according to our records, was successfully delivered today - the 7th April . As stated on our website and Ts & Cs, the lead times displayed on our website are an estimation; unfortunately we are reliant on third party couriers and therefore we cannot always unfortunately guarantee an exact delivery date, particularly with Easter bank holiday weekends thrown in this week.

They are very slow to respond to…

They are very slow to respond to emails. I have sent two emails over the space of 5 days and have had no response.

Having looked into your order, we can see that a proof of delivery was sent on the 21st. When you requested an update on the remaining items on the 26th, our sales team responded the same day. There were a few follow-ups between ourselves, the supplier, and your colleague over the following days, and we replied as soon as updates became available.

At the time, we were awaiting further information from the supplier, and with some team members out of the office on Friday, responses may not have been quite as quick as usual while cover was in place. That said, we always aim to keep communication as prompt and clear as possible. We would advise customers to call the office if an enquiry is urgent, that way we can be sure your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
