Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This is not a company that you can trust. Recently an assembled managerial chair that I purchased for home use turned out to be defective. Not only has the company failed to replace it or refund my money. They have not even responded to my emails or phone calls.
Soon after the problem chair was delivered, it started to squeak. (Note that they charge $200 for delivery.) I made an effort to solve the problem myself (by tightening any loose screws and lubricating all metal/metal contacts). But I was unable to stop the squeaking. Therefore, three business days after delivery of the chair, I sent them an email detailing the defect. They did not respond at all. That week I followed up with 2 phone calls. On both occasions they told me that they were not ready to giver me a response, even though they confirmed receipt of my email. The next week I sent a second email, asking them to deliver a replacement chair without further delay. Another seven days have passed. They never responded.
