I purchased a pair of their 10x30 floating binocular. The plastic tabs which hold the neck strap both broke off within a month of use. At 91 days after purchase Walmart would not accept return and not having a detailed enough receipt from my debit card BARSKA would not replace them or refund them.
First- understand you get what you pay…
First- understand you get what you pay for. These safe's are cheap for a reason. Just like mine, yours WILL break. Then you will need parts. This is where the nightmare starts. You call, wait, email, wait, call again, wait, email again, wait. The waiting game will go on for weeks. Then when you finally get someone to do their job, you'll wait a month before you ever see your part. I will NEVER buy from them again!
Watch out for this company
Watch out for this company, almost on the order of a scam! I punched a flashlight that was over 100$ when I tried to get parts for it they said it was discontinued, since they are a manufacturer of there own products this is just an attempt to get me to buy a new light which I will buy at light!!
Poor quality Product & Bad Customer Service
We received this as a gift from our son. It failed, can't see through them, black only, after being packed in luggage on a flight home. After contacting the company about a limited lifetime replacement, my request was denied and the company representative tried to sell me new binoculars. The reason for the denial was that I did not have receipt, which is hard to do when you receive a gift.
