I purchased a chair online and received no shipping updates for over six weeks - even after Emailing their customer service to follow up. The second time I Emailed to find out what was going on with my purchase I asked for a refund since the product hadn’t even been shipped. All of a sudden, once I asked for a refund, I received a shipping number, and was then told a refund was no longer possible. I’d be careful of using this company, It seems like a scam without intent to actually deliver the items unless you as the customer follow them up multiple times and then finally demand a refund.

The best thing about shopping with Bar Stool Centre is there is legit zero pressure, just friendly agents available to answer all my questions. Then on top of that, completely free delivery -no minimum which is rare these days. Really happy with my experience!

I honestly could not fault the entire experience of purchasing my lift chair. From start to finish, the communication from the staff was excellent, and they made the whole process so easy. Delivery came within just 2 days of getting tracking too which was a nice bonus.

I was unsure about the best height stools for our kitchen bench, I reached out to them on the what's app chat and spoke with Fraser. He was really helpful and gave me best options for my counter height. I ended up choosing the Henley bar stools they are honestly so comfy and sit extremely sturdy. Easy enough to tuck away when not in use. When they were ready to be sent, I got emailed about tracking for delivery and received an SMS on the day of arrival. The stools arrived when expected, the delivery driver was friendlyy, and everything was in perfect condition. Im really happy with the stools and the overall experience.

Purchased a 3 piece outdoor bar set for our pool area during the recent tax time sale. Opted for priority dispatch, delivered as promised within the same week. Only issue was our instructions had got a bit squashed in transit, messaged the support service through whatsapp and they had a new instruction manual with me the same hour. Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service, especially Fraser. Thank you!

After waiting a month for my order to be dispatched i recieved it today and was totally disapointed . The size of the stool would not seat an average adult . Trying to contact them to return is a chore no phone number to talk to someone theysaid they sent an email which i have not recieved . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Really pleased with my new set of Astoria bar stools. Only needed 3 so got the set of 4 il keep the extra as a spare I think. Really easy to put together, and very sturdy for the kids. Great experience very happy to recommend.

Excellent customer service, and great value for money on the entertainment unit and outdoor lounge we purchased. We were first a tad disappointed that delivery of the lounge didn't come in the same week, we then expected the following Monday. But then were extremely surprised and VERY happy to have it delivered on a weekend! Apparently they do this sometimes if lots of orders. All round, very positive and very happy to recommend the Bar Stool Centre.

We have placed an order made full payment. There have been no updates on delivery. It’s now over 60days since the order was placed and still no news on dispatch, let alone delivery. We are very disappointed and are looking at cancelling the order. We intended to order a few other items and this was our trial. We definitely will not be ordering the other items nor will we be recommending this company to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of these bar stools.

After placing my order and paying, it took over a month for the stools to even be dispatched. When I contacted customer service for an update, I was met with generic information advising that their policy allows 30 days for dispatch. When I pointed out that 30 days had already passed, I was then told it was actually 30 **business** days. This lack of clear communication was frustrating and felt like the goalposts were being moved.

The order was eventually updated as dispatched, and when the stools arrived, they came as a flatpack. Given the lengthy wait, I was expecting that the time had been spent preparing a quality product, but clearly that was not the case.

During assembly, one of the dowels pushed straight through the top of the seat on one of the stools, leaving visible damage and raising serious concerns about the quality and construction of the product.

For the price, I expected much better workmanship and a much better customer experience. The combination of the delayed dispatch, poor communication, and disappointing quality has left me very unhappy with this purchase.

I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend these stools.

I have purchased from this company twice. My experience has been excellent both times. The chairs are very good & comfortable with minimal effort required to put them together. I had an issue with a couple of the leg stoppers on my second purchase but the company was very quick to rectify this.

Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and the customer service team was friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my questions. The chair is of good quality and as described. The entire experience, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and efficient. The patio setting I purchased was excellent value for money.

Anxious about online shopping and hoping to avoid buying stools that were a long way from what was advertised, I contacted Bar Stool Centre using the WhatsApp details they provide on their site. I was delighted to receive a prompt reply. I was suspicious though - could be a bot. I tested the conversation as I questioned why there had been a few negative reviews over the past 6 months - mostly around delivery times. The answers came back quickly, honestly explaining about a backlog around Christmas. I was now convinced I was talking to a person. I asked if they could clarify the colour of the item I was interested in - the images online varied quite a bit. They undertook to get someone at the warehouse to take a photo and send it through. This they did and I proceeded with the purchase. I was in no rush so I declined the offers of priority delivery. So I was very surprised when the items were dispatched in around a day and arrived inside a week. The stools are 'as advertised', well made, well packaged and easily reassembled. They immediately look like 'part of the furniture' 🙂. Emails with the team revealed even more clearly that the real people providing Customer Care at Bar Stool Centre genuinely want your shopping experience with them to be a positive one. I recommend them highly.

What a joke - took over 10 weeks to arrive. It's cheap plastic and way too many pieces to put together. Not worth the ridiculous wait
