I brought 4 bar stools that were advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery. I received an email to say they weren't in stock which included links to alternatives. I requested an immediate refund yet o later this has not been received as there policy is 14 days to process.
The website still lists the bar stools as being in stock.
ordered items, 3 attempts to swap and change and still damaged or in operative items were sent.
now waiting for a reply from 15th August to replace a damaged item. !!!!
