I ordered watch band straps on December…

I ordered watch band straps on December 23, 2022. I have reached out numerous times, and been told occasionally that they are on the way. Yet, as of February19th2023, I have yet to receive my order.

I ordered a watch band and paid the 35…

I ordered a watch band and paid the 35 dollars. I received an email saying your shipment has been sent the next day. two weeks went by and still no watch band. I went to Bartons website and checked the tracking. The company's website said the band had been delivered but when I put the tracking number in to the USPS tracking website it said label created but not yet shipped. the next day I received an email from Barton saying my shipment had been delayed due to new computers. I reached out and told them I had not received the band and wanted a refund and not to worry about the order because I had already bought and received another from a different company. the rep Cory said you want a refund for a band that has been delivered? I explained and he did not respond. I emailed again the next day and he apologized and said no problem I would get a refund. long story short they never gave me the refund and sent a band out much later. also you can not get a human on the phone. NEVER BUY FROM BARTON

So many things are wrong here

So many things are wrong here. No matter what you send them for problems you get the same email back about software issues and your product is coming even if that's not what your writing them about. Second I ordered a weathered looking watch band but what I received was a regular looking watch band and the pins were too short. The box said weathered band and it was the right size for my watch but that's not what I received. At this point I can not recommend this company. Buy elsewhere.

Customer service doesnt exist

Ordered a new band as a gift, website has not provided any information other than an order number, they are good at taking money. Absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVIC. Phone calls go ignored as do emails and forget live agent service from the website, wish there was a -10 star, DO NOT buy from Barton Watch Bands unles you want to throw money into a black hole

Have not received my order

Have not received my order.
Order #87483982
My order took ages so Barton refunded me for the strap and it arrived a couple weeks after.
Nice looking strap. I originally wanted it for my Casio GWG 1000 but when the strap took longer to arrive than expected I got a black GWG 1000 strap to replace my green one and it fits perfectly so I’ve yet to try on the Barton strap. Thanks for the refund.

Scam company

Scam company. I ordered a watch band, and it was never shipped. I tried calling and emailing never got a response. Ended up going to my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid. This scam company!

I wish I have read the reviews here first

I ordered a watch band at a discounted price from them just after the New Year. A week after, I did send them email asking for updates and why it wasn't shipped yet. A staff named Sam answered my email 2 days after saying they were overwhelmed with the orders and said they will be sending my order very soon. The "very soon" took 3 more weeks after I sent them another follow-up as to why it's still on "prepared" status. This time, nobody replied but just received a shipment email from UPS saying the order is on the way. Now, it's been 10days since that email, and the item just departed from Fontana, TX. All along I was thinking the item was just in Australia. I wished I read the reviews here first before I ordered.

Update:

After I have made this review and did order a couple of bands again from them, I find that the response and shipping time was a bit faster, thus making me update this review. Moreover, they are giving out lots of promo codes you can avail to, so it's a plus thing as well. Looking forward to more orders from them

Pretty sure this place is a scam

Pretty sure this place is a scam. They most frequently on social media (about once a day) and their comments are filled with people not receiving their orders. I got some bogus dm from someone saying they would take care of it but they haven’t. This is a company that is 100% fake and if you order from them you will never get what you ordered.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
They canceled the wrong order even after I gave them an order number, then proceeded to ignore me, telling them that they got something wrong.
I wanted to cut all ties and cancel my order, but it seems they choose not to answer when it doesn't benefit them.

I wish I could leave zero star…

I wish I could leave zero star rating!!! I placed an order on 1/14/23 I received a confirmation and of course my credit card was charged. On 1/18/23 I placed another order hoping to receive them both at the same time. I also received a confirmation and my credit card was charged again. Today is 1/25/23 I received a email saying that my second order has been delayed because of a strike. Then a couple of minutes later I received a email stating that I have been refunded $3.18 for my second order. They have yet to say anything about the first order. I immediately replied to both emails and I haven’t received any response. I also sent a email to customer service and have yet to receive a response. After reading reviews I am afraid that I have just became another victim. The communication with this company sucks!!! After 7 business days there’s no reason that my order shouldn’t have shipped out. It obvious that’s something isn’t right because they are not even mentioning my first order. This is definitely not a company you want to do business with. At this point I feel that I have definitely been scammed.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order for some watch bands which was acknowledged. After a couple of weeks I chased delivery and they said they had dropped the ball and the items were out of stock. I then replied and asked when they will be re-stocked and that was never answered despite me sending three reminders. Now I am trying to get a refund which is the next challenge.

Avoid This Company!!!

Do yourself a huge favor and AVOID this company at all costs! I'm into my 3rd week now and have had NO updates regarding a shipment that should have gone out in "1-3 days" according to their own website. Their lack of Customer Service (both emails and phone calls) has produced absolutely NO response! I have now demanded my money back and we'll see if that happens. If I could give them a negative rating...I would! Spread the word about this horrible company, because word of mouth can make a company, just as word of mouth can break a company!

Avoid Barton Watch Bands...

Barton Watch Bands supplies a wide range of watch straps, bands, and accessories.

However, in recent months, whomever is operating the business, is making grave and mission critical errors. I was unaware of the problems until after the fact.

I had placed an order for a leather band for a classic watch I have, sat unfulfilled for a week. Calling them during business hours went straight to voicemail. No one is operating their 'live chat', and no one is responding to support emails.

They are more than happy to take your money upon ordering, but that part is all automated. Not sure what is happening here, but I will no longer patronize this business and will seek out alternatives. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have them reversed.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company, at least until they get their staffing and logistics fixed. Do a Google search on current reviews before ordering.

Customers are charged right away because that triggers the fulfillment process and ultimately, the shipping of the order. It's a domino effect that usually doesn't have long stretches of time between each step. But this rush of orders has made that time between payment and fulfillment much longer than usual. That's why there is a long delay after payment, but it is not so we can "take the money and run."

Terribly slow dispatch, no updates forthcoming

Had to wait so long for dispatch that I ended up cancelling my order. I thought after 2 weeks with no information regarding delivery estimates I would buy a strap elsewhere.
Shop with Hirsch instead is my advice. They are true professionals.

Order has never been shipped, don’t waste your money!

No Customer care, order never shipped!
I’ve placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have any news about my order, it has not been shipped yet and the customer care doesn’t answer at the phone and email.
they behave like scammers. The customer service is really bad, and they never get back to you, I’ll not recommend them to anyone!
Keep far away from them and don’t waste your money.

6 weeks for delivery

Ordered my band 25th Nov hoping would be delivered on time for Christmas…plenty of time no problem. Finally received the product 9th Jan 2023. Numerous emails to CS. Multiple apologies but no action. Very disappointed. The band itself “cordura Hybrid” actually a very nice band. I have many watch brands from numerous companies and this one certainly very lightweight, comfortable and water resistant. The quick release is a bonus. No complaint about the product. Unfortunately the whole shopping experience has put me off ever buying again,which is a shame. Reading other reviews I do not think this is an isolated problem but a generic one. I have no clue why it would take so long to deliver. Barton sort your sh** out and you could be great. Reply Hi Cory,
