I have purchased 3 items in the last two months all excellent quality leotards however I have sent two emails regarding receiving an email literally one day after my final order to notify me the leotard was now half the price id paid, worst still no one even had the courtesy to reply,very poor customer service.

Basilica Dancewear is a very good brand and my experience with them has been positive so far. The shipping was pretty fast, despite the circumstances (Black Friday, the pandemic, etc.). After receiving my purchase, I can say that the product sizing is very accurate, the quality of the fabric is great, and so is the service. Every item of my order was individually packaged and neatly arranged, which would be much appreciated by any customer. I would say that the brand has focused its efforts on customer service and really ensured the buying process would be flawless. The only issue I experienced as a customer from Bulgaria was with the delivery partner who picked up the package once it entered the country: tracking was unsuccessful because of some track number incompatibility, and no contact was possible with the carrier, which resulted in about four working days of having no information about the whereabouts of my order or its time of delivery. As a suggestion, the brand should probably consider another delivery partner, even though that might result in slightly higher shipping costs. I understand that a very low number of clients come from Bulgaria, but those who do order from here would really appreciate it.
