everything was quite simple and when contacting by phone they gave very clear explanations, thank you.

I think it all went pretty smoothly. I did have some trouble with uploading some documents, but that was fixed with a short call to the business. All in all, I got nothing bad to say.

I try many banks before I get the Basisbank online.
was more proof, coz thy ask all the expenses.
step by step, soo I feel they were more interested in my reason to get a loan. and good service from all

Surprice - now you have a loan

No one told med that it was a loan I was about to make with a bank (=Basisbank).
It seemed like she did not even know it herself.
So it was an unexpected surprice to me, when she wanted my personal dokumentation such as driver's licence and bank account number. I should have stopped her there - but I didn't. I don't need a loan.
Total lack of Verbal information in this case/ optician.

Fast process and reasonable offers

This bank process our request really fast and approved before than 1 hr with a reasonable offer. The percentage rate might be higher than other sites, but in times of need, this was the best choice and receive the money in 1 hrs. Great service!
