My experience with Basketballemotion was excellent! The order process was smooth, delivery was very fast, and the sneakers arrived in perfect condition. The price was much cheaper compared to other stores, and I also got a really good promotion which made the deal even better. I’m very satisfied and will definitely buy again.

The shipping times have improved
The shipping times have improved. I would still love to see a tracking number in the account without having to ask customer support for it. Customer support was great to quickly provide the information, though.

Hard to find shoes
I purchased off here as I struggle to find the shoes I wear in a smaller men's size locally. Was a bit nervous about them coming so far and from a foreign site but they arrived within about a week (Spain to NZ). Will definitely be shopping on here again! So pleased

Good price and good quality, the only problem I experienced often (I already purchaised 4 pair of shoes in the last year) is the delay on delivery because the speditioner GLS (italian) not reliable and with messy communication (several mail and messages changing time and date in one single day)
