Ice Cream Social
The service was excellent and the visual display was nice walking into the store.

The person at the store does not have any idea about hygiene. The same hand he used to rub below the belt and serve ice cream.
We really enjoyed the ice cream, and the churros but currently me and my boyfriend are having to recover from the food poisoning we got from eating the cookiedough. The cookiedough was more liquidy than dough and I'm almost certain now they had raw egg in it. We have been hugging the toilet all day and our stomachs are in pain because of the cookie dough... to anyone wanting to try it DONT RISK IT
Me and my wife went recently to the Baskin-Robbins located at 4835 W. Mobile Highway in Pensacola early on May 21, 2025. The store is combined with Dunkin Donuts, which business was acquired by Baskin-Robbins in 1990. There was one woman running the Baskin-Robbins area. She was on the phone talking with someone the entire time we were there. We were looking at the ice cream selections. The female employee was ignoring us, so my wife after a couple minutes asked her if she was going to talk on the phone or help us. The woman was still on the phone but at least started to pay some attention to us, but she couldn't identify the types of ice cream, which were mislabeled. We were shocked that she didn't even know the types of ice cream, which is her job. She then called over the male employee who was running the Dunkin Donuts area to help identify the types of ice cream in the tubs. He told us that the labels were all wrong. That is inexcusable laziness! We were ready to place our orders, but the woman was still distracted off to the side talking on her phone again, ignoring us. We had finally had enough and we just walked out the door without buying anything. This business has a serious employee attitude problem and needs a manager to be present. That employee should be fired! It is clear to us that the female employee doesn't own the business, since she is helping to run it in the ground for the owner. We won't be going back!
Dear Baskin-Robbins Team,
I’ll get straight to the point.
At your 377 Uxbridge Rd, Pinner Hatchend location, it appears that the kids' size cups are not openly offered to customers, nor are they visibly available (hidden away). I’m unsure whether this is a company-wide practice or specific to this branch, but it feels misleading to encourage customers to purchase the next larger size when a small single scoop in a kids' cup would suffice.
This approach seems unfair, as only those who are already aware of the kids' cup option will request it, often surprising others in the queue when they realize its existence. Additionally, I’ve noticed a lack of a clear price list detailing the cost per scoop relative to cup size, which makes informed purchasing decisions difficult.
I would appreciate clarification on this matter, as well as steps to ensure transparency in pricing and product availability. This issue may warrant investigation by relevant business and food standard agencies.
I hope this can be addressed promptly.
i am big fan of baskin robbins any country I go I must go to Baskin Robbins with my family but in Saudi Arabia my experience was very bad staff was very rude and disrespectful in Makkah and madinah as well , ice cream was nice as always but need staff training.
Honestly, it’s been a long time since I last visited Robbins, and I’m genuinely surprised by the significant decline in both service and professionalism. The products themselves have changed, sure, but the staff has become far less professional, which seriously impacts the overall experience. It took nearly 10 minutes for my order to arrive for me and my kids, and even then, it was wrong! I had to argue just to get it corrected. Such things were simply unthinkable in the past!
A very awful experience Baskin Robbins Rockingham
What can I say. This shop has either fallen on hard times or they think their customers are plain stupid.
For a start, their cones are plainly disgusting, they used to make their own waffle cones but now they are just as awful as the normal cones, and just as dry and tasteless as their normal cones. All their cones waffle or plain are just mass produced, dry tastless fall apart cones. It's like buying Black and Gold ice cream cones, they are positively disgusting in taste and composition. There is absolutely no difference between their waffle and normal cones, they both taste like dried up cardboard.
I wanted rum and raisen ice cream only to be looked at by our server as if I had asked for gold flakes in my ice cream, no says he, we don't have rum and raisin ice cream, I thought what gourmet ice cream shop doesn't sell rum and raisin ice cream?????. No Baskin Robins is a place I have no desire to go to ever again. I will buy 1 litre Coles tubs of rum and raisin and eat at home for 6 dollars per litre compared to Baskin Robins 1 tiny scoop of icecream on a dried up piece of cardboard for $7.50 per cone. Never again will I go to this failure of an ice cream shop. It's positively awful and overpriced muck.
1, gave me actual Oreo’s instead of crushed Oreo’s.
2, no chocolate sauce. How do they not have it????? It’s probably the most popular sauce.
3, I asked again for the crushed Oreo bit and they add on ANOTHER FULL OREO.
4, I got scammed. It cost me £7.80 instead of £6.40.
5, then said they couldn’t add on the crushed Oreo OR change the order.
6, MASSIVE hunks of ice in the ice cream
7, surprised they even sold ice cream here.
Never coming here again.
Change your policy regarding just debit. Customers with whole bunch of diagnosis, can’t use a debit card
I order a milkshake. The girl handed it to me and it was basically milk. I asked if she could make it thicker, so she proceeded to make another one. Still was like just milk. It was a young teen. I'm sure she was just following her instructions she had. I haven't had a milkshake from there before, perhaps they either need to be adding more ice cream or get a better method to make them
SUCH TASTELESS AND LOW QUALITY ICE CREAMS, WHEN IT COULD EASILY HAVE BEEN PREMIUM, FOR THE PRICE WE PAY.
HAVE HAD MANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.
THE VANILLA FLAVOUR IS SO TERRIBLY PLAIN & TASTELESS, WHEN IT COULD'VE BEEN CREAMY & OF HIGH QUALITY.
(I'VE EXPERIENCED THEIR SERVICE ONLY IN INDIA)
Be aware that when you order fresh pack containers they are under filling them.
I was supposed to receive 2 quarts with the weight of the containers approximately 54 Oz and only received 30 manager at the local store (iselin nj) refuses to call me back and customer service for Baskin-Robbins has not been helpful at all sent three emails in 2 weeks and they just keep saying the manager will be in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours.
ZERO stars for drive-thru. Service has been declining for past year at Longmont, CO location. Only teens working, they don’t follow instructions, such as putting covers on cups before handing you more than you can hold, etc. But the worst is when you choose a flavor from the list & they don’t have it, then another, & so on…& they have flavors not listed-that is, when they actually bother to turn on the sign. Last week after dark-side of sign listing flavors off, asked to turn it on-can’t, teen ignored me after that until I got to window to repeat: Do you have a list of flavors I can see please? “Nope-sorry about that.” He took no responsibility, offered no other help, just stared back at me & shrugged when I asked what’s going on. I drove off after telling him they lost a frequent customer, purchased nothing & he refused to give me a complaint form. I don’t give my money to places who charge outrageous prices but provide lack of service in the form of insolent teenagers who have neither manners nor common sense.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday on the baskinrobbins.com website. The order was for pick up three days later and was assigned to their Lake Worth, FL location. Received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged $46. I arrived at the location on the designated day to pick it up and it had not been made. No discount was offered, I was told to choose a pre-made cake from the case. They had a very limited supply. Suffice to say, I ended up with a cake I didn't want, in a terrible color and drove 45 min out of my way to get it. Very angry and have disputed the charge with my card company. I would be VERY wary of ordering ANYTHING from the Baskinrobbins website.
