Highly recommend Bassin and Brown, I have ordered multiple lapel pins from them, the service is always amazing, very organised, professional and genuine.
The pins we have received are consistently flawless, beautifully detailed and packaged brilliantly. I look forward to ordering some new pieces with them again soon.
I needed a replacement lapel pin for one I had lost and needed for work. I thought I should get two as clearly I cannot be trusted to hang on to them. As soon as my order was received I was contacted informing me that only one pin was in stock - and did I want that one first or to wait for the two? I expressed concern that the absence of my uniform pin was going to be noted if I didn't get a wiggle on, and so the first replacement was sent instantly, first class, the second when the stock was replenished.
Fabulous service, fabulous communication and I really felt they cared about my order. They saved my bacon!
