Hands down the best dress for me, a lot cheaper than other options in my city. As for the pictures on the website, I am not a model and I understand how they pose and look. They got the measurements right and I used DHL for fast shipping.

For me it was a good choice, I am very tall and I opted for a tailor-made dress and it fits me.

Got what i need from them. Wont try again though

This was the worst online experience of my life & literally never got a message back. Save your money!

Please save yourself the trouble and purchase a dress on Aliexpress because at least you'll be sure to get your dress. I purchase a dress on the end of July, 2020. The expected date of delivery should have been somewhere between the months of September/ mid October. At the end of October I heard nothing from the company. I tried contacting them by WhatsApp,the same media of communication to which the company and I was communicating. However, they were unresponsive to all media. No facebook message response, no WhatsApp message response, no instagram or email response. I tried calling internationally and no one answered the phone for days. I was trapped in an unfortunate situation but luckily my wedding got postponed because of COVID 19.

I had to call the bank in order to get a refund. Save your time and your money, there are really nice affordable dresses on Aliexpress,even those this company advertised. Please read all the review before making a purchase.

Before they collect your money,the company will be in constant dialogue. After the money is collected you are on your own.

Stay away from these lowlifes. I lost $750 because of them. Just can't comprehend how people can live and sleep knowing they pay their bills with other people's hard-earned money.

By the way - if someone believes that the two positive reviews here are not fake, take a close look at the wording. I can tell you WITH CONFIDENCE that they are as fake as this company.

I bought dress wedding in July,and they promised to send it by the first week of September,the last response from them was 18th Sep.
I asked them several times if they have tracking system and the answer was they have technical issue regarding SMS for Middle East while they will keep to update me via instagram

I'm wondering how can I make fraud case against them ?

It is a scam, just completed my fraud case against them. Similar to other brides I bought my dress in July and have not heard from them since 15th September when they promised to finally deliver the dress. The website should be shut down.

This seems to be a scam. I bought my dress on July 19 thinking it is a real store with real people. However, I haven’t received my dress, and they do not go through with what they promise you. They had told me they would send the details of my order, and my dress would be shipped after September 13. However, I have been reaching out since then, and they do not respond to my messages. Lost 500 euros, do not make the same mistake.

Also the positive reviews are fake. Just analyze them in detail, and you’ll notice that as well.

I received my dress today. Let's start with this:
It is THREE sizes too small despite me giving my exact measurements at time of ordering - which were taken by a professional seamstress. I received the dress in two and a half weeks - so my measurements wouldn't have changed by THREE dress sizes!

I had a very tight budget and saw this dress (style EC 247) on sale for 380 POUND (which is A LOT of money!). I bought it thinking it was coming from a reputable store because of the good communication through their Whatsapp - but then again, they know that. They put up the front of a genuine dress shop but they ARE NOT.

Today I received it in a cardboard box, taped with cheap tape, and a hole in the bottom of the box. No tissue paper, plastic, or anything protective on the dress.

The stitching is bad - the stitching holding the breast cups popped before I could even try the dress on - the zipper is not sewn down, there is no extra fabric for alterations. The fabric is CHEAP, like a knock-off product, which it is. The fabric and design, by the way, is NOTHING like it is in the photo. The photos they use definitely do not belong to them.

Trying on the dress, I stuck my arm through one of the loops and the lace TORE at the slightest TOUCH. The "built in bra" is just size A cups with four insignificant stitches on each. I am a size DD and that was included in my measurements.

This is NO different than the shops in China, who take high-end pictures of dresses, post them online, and then "re-create" them in their "shop" which may or may not be in the UK - because there was no such address on the shipping label of the box. I know they like to perpetuate that they are in the UK because it makes them SEEM trustworthy but I know that is not where the product is coming from.

Lastly, they are very selective and they do not allow reviews on their Facebook. You can clearly tell that the ones *supposedly* from customers are fabricated.

Now I have wasted time and money. My wedding is in 3 weeks and I have no gown and no money. I am an American working as a teacher in Romania. This dress cost about 1 month salary for me. My fiancee and I were trying to piece something memorable together - but there is no way I can do that with this comically bad "dress".

Edit: Had to dispute the charge through my bank. Company stopped replying after I told them I contacted the government and submitted a report for fraud. FYI: Within HOURS of me sending my last email to them mentioning this review, two "ghost" reviews showed up on here to boost this companies profile. Please be aware that the positive reviews are FAKE. So, instead of actually replying to NEGATIVE reviews, they choose to post fake ones and deny any responsibility.

In summary, if you're desperate for a cheap dress, buy from Alibaba or JJsHouse. At least then it MIGHT be of wearable quality. If you're not, please look around. There is no need to spend 1500+ euro on a SCAM.

This company is misleading. I just ordered my wedding dress and I received an entirely different poor quality and stitching dress and they won’t return or refund me and won’t admit that they have delivered a poor quality and completely wrong measurement dress and took extra payment for adjustments that haven’t even done. Don’t buy from them.

I recommend this store with confidence to any bride who is going to buy the wedding dress. I was very happy with the dress, I like that it is very well made and with good materials.
