Bateman Skips Reviews 

Very bad company. That was the first and the last time. I order 2 skips online on Friday. One is for next Monday and the other one for next Friday. They confirmed first one for Tuesday and they brought it on Wednesday 10am. I spoke 5 times on the phone about exchange skip for Friday morning but they didn’t bring on Friday. I planned everything
1 week earlier. I hired plant, I order foundation materials, I order ready mixed concrete. And they didn’t bring it on Friday. I lost £500 because of this company. If you are looking for **** skip company Bateman skip is the best. Thanks !

Great skip, very poor customer service if you want your skip delivered and picked up on a certain day this is not the company for you.

Great service - first time booking a skip, the process was easy and hassle-free. Delivered on the right day, driver was very helpful and professional and helped to sort a problem with a neighbour. Managed to get the skip into a tricky spot with absolutely no hassles.

Skip was then picked up early on the right day, driver again sorted a problem with a vehicle blocking the road and the whole thing was done very quickly and easily. Would recommend and use again.

Several weeks ago I put a comment with regards to Bateman skips.
I would like to say it was really nice today as one of the managers phoned me and apologised for the service I had received.
How often would you get that, a manager phoning and apologising ??

I am more shocked and feeling cheated .i order new skip today when they arrive I am shocked..Bateman took the money for size 10 skip and they delivered 10 they said.i order from new skip company size 8 and it’s arrive today..I can’t believe the same size as Bateman skips 10..I speak with few people about skip and I realise Bateman cheat me they deliver only size 8 and steal the money for size 10..shocked

I ordered a 6 yard skip online 6/07/ 2020 for delivery next day to coincide with hire of a digger, digger arrived
08.00 next morning, skip arrived 10/07/2020 at 06.00 I was told internet went down. ( 4 days digger doing nothing). Phoned Monday13/07 to collect skip, told Tuesday, now Wednesday phoned again told Thursday early am.

Really excellent friendly company. I had to change my booking at the last minute and all were very helpful and understanding. So nice to use such a friendly local company. Thank you!

BOOKING ONLINE IS A TRAP! We chose a date from their calendar, paid and then got told the skip was going to be a week later and the calendar isn't working. Refunds take a week and we couldn't afford to get another one elsewhere, so had to lump it. They were a tiny bit cheaper but not worth having to wait a week.

Ordered a skip from these was very friendly and efficient kept me up to date of what's happening. Very quick on delivery and collection would definitely recommend and use again. Keep up the good work guys.

the score could of been better but it took you 2 week to collect an full skip

Fulfilled exactly what I asked of them. Turned up on time, placed the skip where I it needed to be (as opposed to some companies who put them where they want to put them), exchanged it when asked and then did the final collection when requested. Excellent job - no fuss.
