Amazing, and reassuring, service from Bates Wharf Boat Sales Chertsey
Buying or upgrading a boat can be a big decision, and a material £ spend.
It’s easy to make a bad decision and get caught out with poor service and poor quality vessels.
However, the Team at Bates Wharf Chertsey were brilliant. Friendly, personable, highly, accommodating, and with fantastic product knowledge - and most importantly of all, with a true passion for delivering high quality services and products.
After years of boat ownership, and multiple vessel purchases, we have never had such good service (before or after sale). A big thank you to both Richard and Claire.

I bought a Bayliner from Bates Wharf in January; what a truly pleasant experience. All the staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to deal with any issues I brought up. Also chandlery, service and spare parts departments amazing service. I’m just disappointed that buying a boat is a once in a lifetime/blue moon event. Well done, thank you and I do not hesitate to recommend you to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service. Bates Wharf had a rare part I needed for my Maxum in stock at a good price and delivered it to me within 2 days.

I bought a new boat from Bates Wharf which had engine problems as soon as it went into the water.
After various promises to send an engineer I am still waiting over two years later.
We now are preparing for a court case as there is no other way to resolve this.
I am appalled by their lack of care and total disinterest, not the nicest people to give your money to.
