We recently had a new bathroom and toilet fitted and we used Bathroom Elegance as we were a returning customer as they install our previous bathroom over 15yrs ago. From our past experience we knew the great service we would receive so we returned to them to supply our new bathroom and toilet upgrade. As before the service from start to finish was first class. John the installer done an amazing job in our 2 rooms. I would recommend Bathroom Elegance to anyone looking to have a new bathroom installation.

Refused to supply contract despite the promis they would.
Sent wrong items on at least three occasions, and so far have still not rectified all their mistakes, nearly three weeks after so called finished job.
Have refused to answer my requests sent by text and email and phone call.
Very pleasent UNTIL they got the payment then the service went down hill very quikely.
despite the contract being with them (Bathroom Elegance Ltd.), they seem to blame the independant fitter, who done his best with the materials the company sent.
Admitedily I stupidly TRUSTED them and payed before the job was completed, they saw me coming.
Cowboys that do not live up to the promises they advertise.
I am sure some people have been lucky with the service they recieved BUT i was not one of them.
