Really pleased with the mirror that we bought. Great price. Well packaged. Delivery was really quick, although we were not made aware that the item had been dispatched and the courier didn't leave a card when we were out, but thank fully a neighbour brought it round. I made an error when paying for the item but this was resolved very efficiently. Would recommend.

Ordering was easy and delivery on time. Product exactly what I wanted and expected - will shop here again.

I sat in bed and ordered the item (had meant to do it (earlier) - and forgot about it. In the morning I had a text offering me delivery options - and I delayed delivery one day. The delivery driver arrived dead on time and told me that they didn't use technology - only magic! Humour included for the same price!

I wanted to say thank you to the Bathroom2u staff. Not only did they have the item I wanted in stock but they made sure it was all shipped together and on time. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed chatting with the telephone staff. Helpful and friendly. A great company to buy from. *Added extra...* Despite the negative review on here I can honestly say they went out of their way to ensure colours matched and even went as far to contact the manufacture with my picky request for a gold shower kit which they had to piece together from separate orders. I highly recommend Bathroom2u... Great job guys!

Whatever you do stay away from this company. They advertise cheaper good but dealing with them is total nightmare. There was a mistake with my order and after convincing them that it was incorrect they finally agreed to get them exchanged but only once their courier company collected them. Their courier company did not collect for days, and I had to do most of the running around to try to get the correct items to site.
Once the correct items arrived I was told I that most of the parts did not come with the product and I had to order separately. After asking fro prices them confirming my order I was told it would take up 14 working days as some of the items were not in stock. I asked if their delivery fee would be waived considering the circumstances, I am yet to receive a reply.

This company cost me time and money and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you are looking to save a few pounds and don't mind the heartache of being messed around then 'bathroom2u' is company for you. But if your time is precious, find a more established company that will do the job right the first time..

I've just installed a Grohe Adagio toilet cistern which I ordered from Bathroom to you. Excellent experience. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and efficient. Installation straightforward. If only all life was like this!

Good quality taps and brilliant price compared to other sites . Very fast postal service with us within 3 days (great as we live in the Isle of Man). Text to let me know when the parcel was arriving , would recommend this company and will use them again.

Ordered a tall free standing bathroom cabinet just before Xmas and it was delivered 3rd Jan. I could have ordered a similar product elsewhere and had it delivered before Xmas, but the difference in the price made it worth the short wait. Once I had placed the order, I was called the following day to arrange the delivery date, again the day before delivery to let me know the time slot and on the day, the delivery guys called to let me know I was next on their list. Couldn't ask for more. Lovely sturdy cabinet, fully assembled (other than the handles) and a really good price.
