Excellent service, specially how the delivery was arranged. I could see with an accuracy of 2hrs where the delivery van was so I was able to plan my time, unlike many other suppliers which ask you to devote a full day or even more. The radiator came and I knew the tiler wasn't due for a couple of weeks and the packaging looked fine so I didn' t open it so it wouldn't get damaged but when I did open it and found the damage to the top two rails I contacted the company who straight away said I hadn't checked in the relevant time as per their conditions so they wouldn't replace it free of charge? I'm very disappointed that they wouldn't consider it although I appreciate I should have checked but I did give the genuine reasons why I hadn't and believe the radiator could only have been damaged prior to being dispatched.

The mirror we ordered was broken, I emailed co with pictures and without any quibbles a new one was dispatched, just great.

After finding bathroom2u on Google,I ordered a Geberit cistern from their website at the weekend. It arrived on Tuesday via their "free carriage" system. Their delivery company notified me via email of the 60 min delivery window, and gave me the option of changing the time, or delivery to a neighbour. Twenty minutes before delivery, I had a phone call to give the exact delivery time. All at a very competitive price.
