I was looking for a new hose for my shower and I wasn't sure which hose would work with my system. It was late in the day and the lady in customer services said she would contect Tri Mercati for me in the morning and would then contact me. Which she did and the correct hose was delivered the next morning.So super service, I would happily use them again should I need anything in bathrooms and I will tell my friends if they need anything for bathrooms

Easy order process, items in stock, ordered on the Thursday for a Tuesday delivery, options to re-arrange delivery up to the day before and then communicated an hour slot when the items would be delivered and guess what - they arrived in that hour window - fantastic service highly recommended.

After researching several online sites I found this one to be the cheaper out of all of them - would definitely buy from them again. Service and product found to be first class.

If you need any bathroom accessories Bathroom2u.com is the place to go. We did have a problem with the quality of a previous order but they were replaced without any fuss, so we added to our order and it was delivered very rapidly with great communication all the way.

I was able to purchase a tap ( what I call a hopital tap, monobloc with an extra long lever) at half price to what other people wanted. Delivery was good and I could change where I wanted delivered if circumstances changed once the parcl was on it's way. Very pleased!!

I Had a problem finding an Item locally when restyling the bathroom, found what I wanted at Bathroom2u.com, ordered on line and the item was delivered exactly on time and in perfect condition.

After having my wet room fitted by a plumber I struggled to find a wet trap for my drain.
I called a lady at bathrooms to you who listened to my needs and sent a wet trap which, when it arrived, wasn't correct.
After taking a photo of what I needed and emailing to the customer service team the correct one arrived in two days...no extra charge! Thank you so much

I recommend Bathroom Heaven without reservation. Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly,responsive and informative;the range of products is splendid and keenly priced in relation to high quality and design. The staff on the delivery end of the company kept in constant touch in terms of the progress of my order and the time of its arrival within a two hour time slot - no waiting all day for an order which arrives at 5.30pm with Bathroom Heaven!
