I did not receive my item. The courier tried to deliver it to a neighbour, even though I was at home the whole day, and the neighbour was not expecting it so refused the delivery. When I complained to Bathroom Republics' customer service, I was told I was the one who had refused the delivery and they attached 'proof' of a photo of a front door, which was not my front door, the photo even had a different door number to the one I provided. I was even told if I refused delivery again I would be charged £30 to redeliver. I then pointed back out to them that it was not in fact my front door and attached a photo of my front door. I said I would be in again on the day they said they would redeliver. Bathroom republic then emailed back to say the courier had then returned my item, and bathroom republic were out of stock of my item and would refund me. I have checked the website and they are in stock of the item I had ordered. Do not trust this company, they are not honest and do not value customer service.

There was a leak from the temperature side knob and I have to recall a plumber and pay extra 30 pounds

I have emailed multiple times as I received a damaged item starting on 18/03/2026, I am writing this review on 30/03/2026 and I have never had a response.
Also delivery is only curbside, they won’t bring it inside which I didn’t know before they arrived (I was also very ill and am a barely 5ft female with no muscles haha) and had to get 4 very large items inside by myself.
The expensive part of my order was in perfect condition.

Fair price did the job quick delivery

I bought this expecting the delivery to be as stated at the time of purchase. But it was delivered the next day and I was away. This caused no end of problems.

The adapter arrived on time & looks to be made of decent quality material.

Toilet seat arrived very quickly and was as advertised.

Bad experience bought shower head through ebay, not had it too long and its gone black at nibs despite us cleaning it all time, spoke to them they said you have to purchase a new one wouldn't replace it. Avoid if I were you, will use Victoria plumbing customer service is 10 out of 10 there. Updated 16th March I'm waiting for reply on ebay?

I purchased 2 central inlet rads and they sent out end feed iv e mailed a couple times asking for collection and full refund as iv purchased elsewhere and it was there fault

Placed an order 10 days ago and heard nothing. Their phone number plays a recorded message that the mailbox is full. No one responds to messages sent to their online chat function or to their WhatsApp. I finally got a reply on WhatsApp saying my item is out of stock but have since had no response. I want my money back from this sham company.

Item has not arrived. Tracking number does not work. No communication about delay or expected arrival time. No customer service to ask what has happened. Very disappointed in Bathroom Republic.

They Appalling way to treat a customer. My advice is to avoid this company, as they clearly do not care about customer support or repeat business. A truly poor experience.

Arrived very quickly, wrapped up in protective material, outwardly it all looked very good. Sadly the tap / product itself was of very poor quality. The rubber seals provided with the product kept leaking and would not hold any pressure at all. The mating faces for the seals were relieved too much - the mating face was too small to get an adequate seal.

Order came within a couple of days. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from the company and that did worry me slightly but my order turned up promptly.

The most horrific company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Stress levels through the roof.
I placed an order for a wc/sink combination vanity unit and realised I had bought the incorrect pan version for my mam. I contacted the company to cancel it as i had chosen the wrong toilet version. Got bot email back acknowledging receipt of my email and they would follow up within 1-2 days. They never did. In the meantime - placed another order for correct toilet pan version and paid for 24 hour courier. The vanity unit arrived on pallet and checking the items in delivery - the toilet looked second hand and has a long hairline crack all along the front rim of the bowl at top. The back of the toilet was dirty and looked like a return. Their was no packaging in the toilet pan box whatsoever. I contacted the company - I have been trying to call the ficticious tel no they have for customer service online but it is always " mail box full" for past 7 straight days and emailing a lady called Bonnie who in fairness is hard to deal with. Requested they give me a call to discuss on the telephone to sort it out but NO. I have now received an email stating the damaged toilet pan will be collected when other one arrives - no date given - no tracking and to top it all - they have emailed me the replacement toilet on my original order details which I cancelled and I am still awaiting a refund for 8 days later.
I could cry dealing with this company. It has been a horrific ordeal and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. Buy elsewhere even if you have to pay extra - It is also worth noting that the unit I have bought is an old fashioned style curved wc/ vanity combi that can only be found online with this company - hence I havent filed a chargeback and bought elsewhere. Unit is not cheap either at £449

Seriously, Please save your sanity and buy elsewhere. Horrific.

Unfortunately, the communication was non existent. There was no email to confirm the purchase and no update as to when the items were being delivered; we almost tried to get a refund because we suspected we’d been scammed.

Communication of somesort would be a bonus
