I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service from this company. I ordered the wrong size bath panel and Hannah was so helpful to advise me and change my order. It was a slick and stress free service. Thank you!

Bathroom shop redeemed themselves....really worked hard to put problems right. Martin was a star and even offered to load a van and bring order straight away. big thanks you ...........Order not arrived a week after stated delivery date, made enquiry but never returned my call, as promised: left me having to rearrange plumber and project. Avoid

Brill. Very hardy. Love that it’s recycled. Managed to get it set up pretty easily. Used the rail by the same company to put it up on my bathroom wall. The rail isn’t going anywhere after applying the glue. It’s even stuck on a slightly uneven wall since I have tiles in my shower.

Was trying to get a replacement shower head for HansGrohe shower, which was not the UK standard model which Bathroom Shop UK were able to source in the EU at a competitive price and obtain within a sensible time frame their communications were clear and timely

Royal Mail lost the order from bathroom shop but Martin at bathroom shop followed up immediately and without question sent a replacement and then followed up to ensure the new order arrived safely. It was a £20 shower grate but the service was amazing.

Excellent company, from price matching through to delivery we had a really good experience. The staff were top notch whether dealing with the initial enquiry or making sure back order items arrived safely. seriously, the amount of bubble wrap around a bidet lid that required a separate delivery was an indication of this companies dedication to service.

Blake at bathroomshopuk was outstanding . Although he said I was to get a plumbers advice. He talked me through how my bath taps would be installed onto a stud wall (with a compression fitting), he called the company who made the taps, answered all my questions, he even advised me on my stud wall thickness I was making and looked at my drawing. I was so happy that I bought a 2nd basin tap from him for my bathroom to match the bath taps. I cannot recommend Blake and this company enough. This is an old school service that is hard to find. Excellent customer service

I spoke to Blake and sent him my request for information about my shower conversion. I followed this up with details in an e-mail. I had to make several follow up calls and his response to my email was so brief as to be derisory. He promised to call back but never did.

I am new to using this company
Hannah was great in sourcing a shower tray for our house project. She managed to sort out delivery in record time for next day which was a great help. I had all my answers I needed and kept up to speed with the delivery.
Great service. Shower tray looks great. Not being fitted till the end of the week so fingers crossed all goes well.
I would buy again from this company given the speed they were able to deliver .

From ordering and confirming order to delivery it was very easy and tracking was available so I was able to be here for the delivery

I ordered two taps from this business after ringing them for a "price match". The items were quickly sourced from the manufacturer and, as promised, I was kept informed of progress and, finally, that the items were available for collection (which was convenient for me).
The service I received from the whole (and very friendly) team was excellent from beginning to end, their pricing was highly competitive and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.
