I had a very positive experience dealing with Sarah. She was extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. She took the time to listen to my query, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported and confident that my concerns were being addressed. Her friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Sarah genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out. She is a real credit to the company, and I would like to thank her for the excellent service she provided. I would highly recommend the company based on my experience with Sarah.

Abu was great, we got to the shop near closing time and we were not rushed we were made feel very welcome and Abu took his time showing us around all the stock and we managed to get everything we need. I would highly recommend

unfortunately, my order when it arrived didn't match, but the customer service I received from Mark and the team was excellent. They did everything that they could to try and get me a replacement, but we settled in the end on store credit as the unit had already been replaced in order to complete the rennovation project.

Having ordered shower accessories from Bathshack, I had to cancel the order at the last minute. It wasn't a problem to do this & I would like to thank Brenda from customer support for sorting this quickly & efficiently.

Bought a bath mixer tap that turned out to be the wrong one. Bathshack and Sarah in particular were so helpful. Swap was arranged with minimum fuss, new tap arrived promptly.

I ordered 3 mirror lights from Bathshack and I'm delighted with them - they are fabulous! The ordering process on the website was seamless, and delivery was prompt and hassle-free. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely order from Bathshack again. Highly recommend

Bathshack were very helpful giving me info when I was ordering a shower, they were helpful when ordering it and when I had made a mistake on the order they were really accomodating in returning the item, and also in helping order the replacement. Thank you, it is not the first time I have used them and definitely won't be the last. Their quality is a high standard.

We bought a display toilet but unfortunately did not come with all parts. And when we went to ask they said they must not be needed otherwise would have been in box. But my plumber had to go and buy a seal and also couple of plastic screws. The cistern lid had to be altered to allow it to refill.

Phoned to order bath and got through promptly. Was able to talk through my requirements and didnt feel rushed. James took the time to look at various options for me and ensured I ordered everything needed for the job. Really pleased with the service and support.

The standard of customer service was second to none from the outset. Brenda replied to my email promptly, offered replacement tiles even though we were outside the 28 day return period and arranged delivery. She was so professional in her correspondence and couldn’t have been more helpful. The standard of customer service really stood out, Brenda is an asset to the company and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending the company.
