I had an issue using the website, so called the Belfast office. The staff member, James, was very helpful in resolving this and getting my order placed today. First class customer service.

We were at bathshack galway where we met Abu who helped us with our order for 2 batroom suites. The service was phenomenal. I can safely say if you need batroom supplies just go see Abu. No where else is better

I called in to the show room with no idea what I wanted. I met a fantastic sales man in Paul o Donnell who guided me through all the options. I went with a range that was not the most expensive at all and Paul did not put me under any pressure to spend more. The items were delivered on time . Follow up customer service. It is the first time in a very long time I received a call to confirm and thank me for my order and then another follow up call to confirm details of delivery. For the delivery I received a text 1hour before drop off and it was on time. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

We have purchased from Bathshack in Cork before and have had no issues. Today was our first time visiting the showroom in Galway. We were fortunate to meet a very helpful staff member (Abu) who listened carefully to us and who was very knowledgeable and efficient. The store has a wide selection of bathroom ware on display and Abu showed us the options available and helped us to make sure that we ordered everything we need to complete the job. We were very happy with the service from start to finish.
