The Rigol 10054z got delivered fast and…

The Rigol 10054z got delivered fast and was good packaged in good condition. The feature description on the page was complete and excellent (So I could prefer the Rigol over Siglent since it contains all options now - most competitors doesn't inform about included options)

Still don't have tracking number after…

Still don't have tracking number after a week. No order updates. Emailed them and they told me a problem with the system. Asked for the tracking to be sent manually and they simply don't respond to my emails.

EDIT:
Batronix claim they sent the email on the 25th. This is completely false as I was told by their staff both on the 25th and 26th that their automated system was down temporarily. This was fine but the problem was that I needed the tracking number and they didn't make any effort to supply it to me manually when I asked. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had to remain in the office for longer than I should have to make sure it wasn't missed. The main reason for the 1* review was the fact that my request was simply ignored - yet I suddenly got a reply 5-minutes after I posted this review. Next time, try to give good service in the first place.

Thank you very much for your review, even though you are not fully satisfied with our service. A confirmation mail was sent on August 25th, please also check your spam folder, as the mail might be ended up there. All mails have been answered within in timely manner. Please note that our business hours are from 8 AM till 5 PM. Therefore you might have to wait a few hours to get a reply. Especially when you are writing in the late afternoon. We don´t work over the weekend as well. I´m very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Totaly satisfied.

Simple and fast

Everything went fine with my order. Process was simple and delivery fast. The only thing might be fact that it was not delivered by DHL but my local post office, so since they didn't find me at home I had to go to post office waiting 1 hour in queue to grab my item.
However that might be explained because of "FREE DELIVERY".

The most important thing is that I get my item as expected with all promised stuff included and working properly.
There is no reason not to give a maximum 5 stars!
