I placed an order online for the Dayton Oh Springboro Pk. Store. I went to the store to pick the order up and it was incomplete. Online I was told the order was ready for pickup. I received half of my order. I was short my C cell batteries and told I would have to come back. I have made a total of three trips back and still no batteries. My question is why do you operate a battery store if you can't keep batteries in stock. This is very bad customer service and you shouldn't be in business if you can't keep your battery store supplied with batteries. If I ever get my batteries which I paid for or a refund I will never go in a Battery Plus store again.

Fraud. They claim they allow returns of unused batteries, but they don’t. They refused to accept a return of a new unused, uninstalled battery, claiming it was “damaged” by connecting a trickle charger bought at the same store. I will never buy anything from this scammer ever again.

Adam was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable definitely makes me want to come shop there all the time.

I’ve been to Batteries Plus in Sherman TX three times; each time I left with my device in worse condition than when I brought it in. Lesson learned.

Went to your site, found the battery, used the sale price. Removed the old battery from my machine and drove an hour to pick up the new battery. The store said they didn’t have it and they dont know why the web site let them sell it? So now I have a disabled machine and have to start the search all over again.

I mean if you are in the business of selling batteries, how does this happen?

What a miserable experience where I am the one out the hassle, time money and I still have no battery.

Horrible first and last experience. You guys have no clue what you are doing.

I purchased a Dos cell battery from batteries plus on October 9, 2023 and after six months, the battery went bad even though it had a three-year warranty
Batteries plus rejected the warranty because the battery only had 1.5 V. This is clearly warranty fraud.

I went to the store to order fob for my car. I was told by employee it will take a week. I said OK no problem. I received a phone call week later stating my fob was ready all it needed to be programmed. I went to the store and the employee did something wrong with, so they had to order another one. Manager came out and said he can overnight the new fob. Here 5days later i don't have my fob for my car.

I've been a loyal Batteries Plus customer for 10 years, but I will not be returning. I ordered a car battery online, which was listed as in stock. An employee informed me that it would arrive later that day. However, four days went by without any follow-up call. When I called to inquire about my order, another employee admitted forgetting it. Unable to cancel my order online or over the phone, I was forced to visit the store. Throughout this ordeal, I never received an apology. When they finally located the battery, I had already decided not to purchase from them. The employee simply handed me the receipt and said, "Here." You have permanently lost a customer.

Took my pixel 6 in to get the battery replaced and then after that the sound and mics stopped working I master reset the device just in case still no sound.took it back up there and they couldn't find anything wrong .

I went to the Batteries and Bulbs previously known as Battery Plus to get a battery for a scooter. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful, Carl was in helping me bring this scooter back to life. My mom used this to get around, and I had a friend in need ASAP. Carl opened the battery compartment and it was completely corroded, he said it was going to take time to clean up but he would get it cleaned and call me. Two days later he called and said it was ready. So much more went into getting this us and running. He was simply amazing, and so helpful. I will forever to grateful for his kindness, patients and drive to get this thing running. All he really needed to do was give me two batteries, but this guy went over a beyond!! If you go to the Hixson store, Carl is your man. This guy is amazing!!!

I took my three month old battery to rhe Bellevue Washington store because I had to keep jumping my quad and when I put my charger on it I got a defective battery light. The guy put a voltmeter on it and read nine volts and the level was about 1/2 inch low, Said he had to keep the battery for 1 day at minimum to determine if it was defective, he kept it for 3 days and when he gave it back it was still low on fluid and when I put my voltmeter on it when i got home..9 volts. He didn't even add a few ounces of water or charge it, now I see they have an average one star review and F at BBB. surprisingly Walmart is rated #1 for car batteries. I'm going there from now on, lesson learned!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ! I dealt with the manager, Joshua Goodman, for the last 2 months where I paid in full for a new key to be cut and programmed for my car. Never called when product came in, had to call and ask, once it did come in they were unable to cut and program the key. Notify me they would need to order a different key as they had not gotten in a piece of information correct. Same process, didn't order and finally came in this week, dropped car off and 4hrs later still no key or keyless entry. Then the manager Joshua Goodman told me I need to pay an extra $150 to order an OEM key be because they had tried twice and were unable to get the job done. After 2 months and this attemdpted extortion, he refused to refund my money or make it right, and threatened to "whip my @ss". Also during the process yesterday he deprogrammed my one key that I had that was actually working. After making calls and getting the district manager and owner involved the owner was very nice and gave me a full refund. Simply put I used another company who came to my house made the key reprogram the key and reprogram my valet key all for less money and it was finished within 30 minutes

Purchased an X2 battery for my pickup 2 years ago. It was supposed to have a 5 year warranty. At 1 year, the battery failed. BatteryPlus replaced it under warranty. That also failed at 1 year. Batteries Plus says that they fulfilled the warranty but now instead of having a battery for 5 year, mine only lasted 2 year total for the original and a replacement. So I feel like I paid the higher price for a 5 year battery but got a 2 year battery. I feel like they own me for 3 year.

I tried to post this on their website but they only post the 5 and 4 star reviews. My suggestion is don't buy batteries at BatteriesPlus. They don't stand behind their products. Personally, I won't buy anything from them.

Awful company. They put a glass screen protector on my IPhone and it was coming off less than 2 weeks later despite telling me they had lifetime warranty. Went back to the store and guy was like no we don’t warranty them longer than 14 days but wouldn’t even look to see if 14 days was up because he was to busy eating his burger to be bothered. It was the store in Amarillo,Tx on I 40. I had bought some Battery Tender chargers there so I decided to let them do the screen protector while I was there. Big mistake. No customer service and they don’t warranty stuff like they say they do.

Don’t let the battery people put a screen in ur Apple cell phone They did mine and gave it to me with a yellow streak under glass and telling me after the did the work that the phone would send messages telling me a foreign part not familiar with this phone is on the phone and to boot the screen cracked where the yellow streak was Guess what wouldn’t cover any of it Do yourself a favor go to Apple Store

I went in for information about an Airtag, and John was very efficient, helpful and knowlegable. The problem was solved easily and quickly because of his professionalism and willingness to help.

I had an Iphone screen and battery replaced at the store on Contra Costa Blvd in Concord CA. The quality of the aftermarket screen was not good. It looks washed out. Also, the aftermarket battery won't report battery health.

Had an awful experience with Batteries Plus. Purchased a motorcycle battery a month ago, left the bike untouched for a few weeks, and when I tried starting it, the battery was completely dead. Connected it to my battery tender, which had worked flawlessly for five previous batteries and 15 winters. Shockingly, the "fine print" in the warranty prevented a replacement, claiming that charging the battery voided it. This has never occurred before. I strongly advise avoiding this store and seeking batteries elsewhere. Regrettably, after buying four other motorcycle batteries from Batteries Plus, they've lost a loyal customer.
