Mostly good. I have previously had some problems with getting replies from them on inquiries, where they took a very very long time to reply. And on this they could, and should, do better.

On the one occasion where I have bought something from them I had no complaints whatsoever, I got the right product, at the right price, well packaged, in good condition and delivered on time. So based on that, I would probably buy from them again in the future.

I received an invoice about me paying what is owed for the tent I ordered. Now I have emailed them to try and receive information on the carrier and tracking info and have not gotten a reply. It is like pulling teeth. I want to know what the status of my order is and I cant seem to get any communication from them. All I have to say is If I do no get my tent by the end of this month to the the middle of next month I will be contacting whatever german dignitary there may be here in the US to report this. Customers are to be replied to in a timely manner with updates on their orders upon request. This is very very unprofessional. I do viking age leather work for a living and never treated my customers like this, and now that I can finally find a tent that is affordable and can use at events I don't get any communication is just sad.

After one previous order which was successful, I took my chances and ordered again.
This time Battle Merchant wrote the wrong post code. The result was my shipment being returned to sender, and I never received any word of it. Strangely enough they had made the wrong entry to the post code manually. After checking and double checking that I wasn’t the fault here, I politely contacted them. My order was correct.
Then they stopped replying, as so many other customers have experienced.
On top of this they NEVER REIMBURSED THE ORDER!
They literally stole my money. I never received neither the ordered products or my money back.
It’s been one year now, and all I get to remind me of this is daily spam and phishing emails in German ever since. This is the only German website that I ever gave my email to… STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. This is in no way a serious seller.

I have ordered a sword with scabbard, a dagger with scabbard and a belt to hold the weapons.
I ordered Tuesday and the shipping was very fast, even with Covid 19 in 7 days my stuf arrived.
Nothing to say except for the dagger that is a bit chipped on the hilt pommel, but that's fine no problem, I don't want to send the stuff back.
For sure i will order again!

Half of the times i make an order at the company theres some sort of mistake, like wrong items, not returning vats, items has malfunction or something else.
When i contact the company its the same every time. I am getting an answer within a few days, but as soon as things get "complicated" and items are to be retuned or a slight of service is required battlemercent stops replying.

received my musket from them Its a piece of junk already rusted brass pitted too it is not rifled as they said it was the ram rod it too short to reach the end of the barrel The wood is unfinished and badly stained like it was left out in the rain the whole thing is covered with dirt like it was left outside on the ground . I've never seen anything like this. Im so sorry I didnt check this TRUSTPILOT site first

This company does not give any guarantee on their products! They shouldn't be allowed to have business!

Ordered a coolus D helmet from battle merchant and it arrived quickly aND we'll packaged, however, it was missing one of the o rings on the cheek pieces for drawing the string through to fasten the helmet on you...

PEOPLE TAKE ATTENTION! They're taxing illegal VAT! They are taxing you with 19% VAT, but that amount is not included in the invoice, and of course is for some reason! They're not declaring VAT right, so you're paying more, or better, you're paying an unexistente taxing! And more, their costumer service is more than awful! weeks and weeks without an answer, and when they do, they just go deeper with child mistakes saying my mail's are going to spam box... How can this shop mark costumers mails as spam?!

In general, stay away from this shop... it's better for you...

I buyed from Spain diverse weapons and armors. All was delivered fast.

One of the armors (a chainmail short sleeved) was delivered with the wrong size.

Tried to call them and send them emails, one week trying to reach them but I got no response.

decent prices, fast delivery.

bought 4 Shield boss, 2mm steel, medium and Ballistol Universal Oil, 500 ml bottle.
It all was securely packed and was delivered pretty fast

Well, I been shopping there in the past, and now suddenly the prices they list at the price I have to pay isn't the same anymore.
The thing is; it is not an real option to pay with VISA card, it just do not work (we tried from firefox,chrome and explora - and on three different pcs on different locations), so the only real option is PAYPAL, but...

the prices is now 100dkr (appox. 10 pund sterling) more expensive on the paypal site than what battlemerchant listed.

Sounds like a scam to me - we have told battlemerchant about this for like 14 days ago, but all they are willing to do it having me call them ´(they are based in Germany and I am in Denmark) so they can get my VISA card details over the phone... well I am not that stupid.
We can also see that they added this disclaimer within the last week
"Attention: PayPal exchange rates may vary!"
