Wish I could leave No stars as this company is one of the worst customer service I have had, please don’t take any subscriptions out through this company, be warned they have no clue what they are doing, 3 times requested the correct magazine for it not to be sent.
The BBC should be embarrassed with this company dealing with their titles.

Absolute waste of money, avoid this company I have never been able to access my digital magazine subscription since it started, despite calling customer services several times who always say they can see the online problem and have fixed it, cannot ever log in despite my account showing as active and paid for

Absolute disgrace! Laura Baker has an appointment scheduler on her LinkedIn and doesn't show up for meetings. Their company has no values and ethics. Do NOT engage in them.

I paid for a one year subscription of Total TV Guide, they constantly fail to deliver the magazine. Very disappointing

There constant make me a winner plugs are a JOKE and they slip them constantly in the programming I pay for no adverts and they put these everywhere, the Simon Mayor show even has an advert in it. They need to stop as it has wrecked an otherwise great station. Their presenters are now basically advertising actors.

A second direct debit attempt within 12 months from these thieves. Never had any dealings with them yet they continue to try and steal my money.

Subscription to Birdwatching Magazine online... experienced many problems logging on using both the app and online. Today could not log on via the app (again!) And could not access online via the Bauer Birdwatching Magazine site (again). Contacted them and, as usual, very unhelpful. I finished the conversation by cancelling the subscription for both the online and printed copies... they just don't care!

My first issue of the TV listings magazine didn't arrive. On Bauers Q&A page they claim that a subscriber should receive their copy about the same time as they arrive in the shops. They also claim to respond to emails within 2 working days. Neither of these claims are true. This is an appalling company who cynically take your fee and do not fulfill their side of the contract. I shall need to take them to court to recover my subscription fee. My advice would be:- have absolutely nothing to do with these charlatans.

This company just sets up direct debits on your account without any authorisation or contact with them. Had to cancel two subscriptions with them that I didn't set up. Company should be investigated

I’ve never felt more isolated and alone on a Team in my life. As soon as I left, they changed my role title completely with regards to rehiring. Evident they're unsure about who they're really looking for. Poor management, constant forgetfulness in. regards to cc'ing me on emails I should have been picking up and they lied on my departure form saying that it was 3 days in the office, when, was in fact, clearly spelt out tor me as 2 days. Basically gave twisted and hyperbolic excuses/reasons for HR to get rid of me; none of what was said on my departure letter was said to my face.

Nothing short of a scam, how can you set up a Direct Debit without consent from the customer? Thankfully my bank reversed this and reported this fraudulent company

One star is too much - I no longer listen to Greatest Hits Radio as Bauer are absolutely crap company - they force you down Password System but their tech issues means you Never Get It

I have issues with the Go Loud App (part of the Bauer Media Group), where app randomly shuts down.

I first reported the issue 4 months ago to Bauer, and despite being informed by one of Bauer reps that they were able to replicate the issue, I have consistently been feed half baked feedback and suggestions and no resolution to the issue.

It has been left with myself to continually follow up with Bauer for where they are at with resolving the issue, and seems that it is just going around in circles.

Very poor and extremely unprofessional.

Thanks I.can no longer.listern to my favourite radio because the crap rayo app i can't make account as it won't let me this is a crap app and and piss poor for today's technology

Disgusting company!!!
I purchased one of their magazines which had half the pages missing and instead the remaining pages were just doubled up.
I asked if they could send out a replacement and they just said no!
Pathetic disgusting company!

Purchased a subscription in July 2025 it’s now September and after many emails of being promised it’s on its way it has not arrived. I have reported this company to trading standards and raised a dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs these scammers!!!!

Been taking money off me for 2 years, 3.99 a month and random £54 and £80 payments. Totalling over £350!!!!
Called them but sounds like a robot, I’ve cancelled debits to bank n they re set them up. I have no clue what this even is, never used their service before! Magazines??? Who uses magazines anymore!! Fuming

Keep getting emails that I can get a discount when I use a code to buy entries in their win happy competition but it must be limited to tonight.When I tried to verify my phone number it wouldn't let me and barred me until tomorrow when the voucher is expired A Complete rip off AVOID

LOCK THESE PEOPLE UP! I purchase a product on line from one of their sister companies and today they have taken 42 pounds from my account as a direct debit which I never signed up for. This fraudulent direct debit has now been cancelled by my bank and they are going after Bauer for the 44 pounds they took today.
