Bava’s music is just awesome, the way they organised my dream Steve harris bass is unparalleled. Really appreciate help from Nick from the beginning to the end. Not only that had some issues for delivery and the warehouse manager straight away sort it out for me and I got it on the same day
Finally I again should say their product quality and service is absolutely wonderful

Disappointing experience.
I paid for express shipping and was told it would arrive within 3 days. It did not. I received no confirmation email, no email regarding the delayed shipment. It was not until I had to call up and enquire that I was told there was a delay. Staff were rude and seemed as though they did not want to help me with my problem. I was passed around between about 4 or 5 different people until they finally were about to properly help. I would have appreciated a refund for the 30$ express shipping but that was not an option at all. Will not be shopping here again.
