I ordered a music stand online from the Bava's website. Frances Bava contacted me as their supplier could not get the exact model of timber music stand I had ordered. She suggested an alternative model which actually turned out to be a better choice and then followed up on the delivery. She was extremely helpful and efficient and I would certainly recommend this business.

Drum kit delivered as stated. No instruction booklet and despite an email and phone call requesting instruction manual and the option of paying to have set up, no reply!!!!
Just received a reply to my review. Perhaps if someone had returned a call or email or letting me know that instructions do not come with kit and that you don’t offer set up service, I wouldn’t have give a one star rating. I have since changed my review to two stars as I suppose you at least answered review.

No acoustic drum kits in this range come with instructions as they are quite simple to put together .Also like most retail store music services we do not have a drum set up service for a home setup .
